3 beds room was confirmed, but after arrival to room, therr were only 2 beds available. The personal at the reception organized an extra bed to bé added, but withou any compensation. The extra bed was very uncormfortable and very hard.
The parking is underground, but not working properly, the entrance is from another street far away from reception, there is no communication buttom. The opening was not working with the arrival nor with the departure.

Все чудово, номер відповідає фото: сучасний, комфортний, неймовірний вид, у нас був 26 поверх. 15 хв до залізничного вокзалу. Поруч багато кафе та магазинів. Самий центр

Рекомендую саме Покращений номер, минулого разу жили в номері Комфорт, потребував косметичного ремонту

Warszawskie centrum - przecznice remontów i dobre schronienie w Leonardo. 😎
Pros:

Kolejny raz w odnowionej części hotelu. Elegancko, czysto i schludnie w nowoczesnym stylu. Łazienka dobrze wyposażona. Przy zamkniętych oknach cisza, co biorąc pod uwagę centrum miasta - duży atut.

Cons:

Dość drogi parking, ale mimo centrum - można znaleźć miejsce na miejskim.
Pani w recepcji pretensjonalnie szpanuje, że "to nie polski hotel, KSEF nie obowiązuje"...
Zły dzień, albo szykowanie się do wykupu obiektu 😁.
Hotel to nie urząd, klient to nie petent.

Laadukas yöpymispaikka runsaalla aamiaisella
Pros:

Todella siisti ja tasokas hotelli. Saimme remontoidun huoneen kahden aikuisen ja yhden teini-ikäisen lapsen käyttöön ja se oli tilava. Hotellin aamiainen oli erittäin runsas ja siellä sai esimerkiksi tilata omeletin toiveidensa mukaisesti. Hotellilta ei ollut pitkä matka lähimmälle metroasemalle ja lähistöltä löytyi myös useita hyviä ravintoloita.

Cons:

Äänet käytävästä kuuluivat huoneistoon todella hyvin.
