Le style, l accueil et le confort

Ērtas gultas, laba lokācija
Neiesaku nakšņot šajā viesnīcā, jo darbinieki ir rupji un aboslūti nav ieinteresēti parūpēties par to, lai jūsu brīvdienas būtu bez raizēm!
Norezervējot viesnīcu, atnāca informācija, ka viesnīcas priekšā noparkoties nav iespējams, ja ceļojam ar auto, jānosūta mašīnas nr.un jābrauc uz parkingu, jāzvana uz norādīto tālruni un vārti atvērsies. Izdarījām visu pēc viesnīcas sniegtajām norādēm, taču vārti vaļā nevērās un uz norādīto tālruni neviens neatbildēja. Viesnīcai visapkārt notiek ielu remontdarbi, tāpēc auto noparkojām pāris kvartālu attālumā un gājām uz recepciju.
Tur strādāja tikai viena darbiniece, rinda bija pa pus recepciju. Izrādījās, ka autostāvvietā var tikt tikai pēc samaksāšanas un iečekošanās. Recepcijas darbiniece izturējās rupji un uz mūsu neizpratni par viesnīcas sniegto norāžu neatbilstību vienkārši paraustīja plecus. Sajūta kā padomju laiku kantorī.
Bijām norezervējuši 2 numuriņus. Viens no tiem bija normāls, otrā ieejot degunā iecirtās kanalizācijas smaka. Devāmies atpakaļ uz recepciju, kur tajā brīdī bija jau cita darbiniece un lūdzām samainīt numuriņu. Saņēmām atbildi - viesnīca ir pilna, citu numurinu nav. Tikai tad, kad atkārtoti un jau stingrākā balsī norādījām, ka nenakšņosim numurā, kas smird pēc kanalizācijas, brīnumainā kārtā uzreiz atrdās brīvs numurs.
Mums bija nepieciešams rēķins ar uzņēmuma rekvizītiem. Šos rekvizītus biju nosūtījusi gan atbildē uz booking platformā sūtītu vēstuli, gan viesnīcas sūtītajā linkā uz self-chekin. Recepcijas darbiniece paziņoja, ka nekādus rekvizītus neredz. Par laimi, otrā rītā recepcijā strādāja jauka darbiniece, ar ko visu atrisinājām un mums tika apsolīts atsūtīt rēķinu caur epastu.

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres.....rénovée( pas la mêmeprix avec les autres). Une était rénovée et belle et l'autre vieille et vraiment vetuste avec le papier qui se décollee par endroits.....pour le prix il y a mieux ailleurs
