I was able to get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom for myself and two adult kids which was convenient everyone had their own space.

Cons:

There was very little flexibility with our early check‑in request, even though we communicated this well in advance. We understand early check‑in is never guaranteed, but in the past the hotel has usually tried to have the room ready a couple of hours earlier. This time, the front desk agent was not particularly understanding of our situation. We had been up since 5am for a four‑hour flight and arrived at 10am, with no option to take a later flight since it was the only one from our island. Being told we had to wait until 3pm felt dismissive of our circumstances.

It wasn’t until a very polite young lady whom I recognized from previous stays (yes I was a third time return customer this time with kids) came to the desk that we were offered the option to pay for early check‑in. That solution worked perfectly for us. However, it was clear she felt uncomfortable after the gentleman at the desk intervened, as if she had done something wrong by trying to help.

Once the option was granted, we stepped out to get something to eat and returned shortly after. We were then able to pay and check in about an hour earlier, which we appreciated.

I like the friendliness of the staff
Pros:

Very conveniently located. You step into the vibe of Taipei walking district. I have stayed here many times already and I keep returning. Great for solo travelers and well priced.

Cons:

Upgrade to the elevator would be nice.

Love the location, right in ximending. Love the room, all essentials provided and the staff are friendly and helpful. There's legs soaking and instant noodles provided too!

Pros:

The perfect spot
Pros:

The hotel’s location is perfect and within walking distance of many of Taipei’s main attractions. It’s an excellent base for exploring the city without needing to rely on transportation all the time. In addition, every morning the hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, and a selection of snacks in a relaxing common area, which is a very nice touch. Overall, the experience was excellent. If you’re planning to stay in Taipei and want a comfortable and convenient place to stay, this is definitely a great choice.
