Nicest staff I have ever met!
Pros:

All of the staff were amazing! We left a passport in a taxi before we got to the hotel, and Kevin played a crucial role in getting it back for us. He went above and beyond to help us! Lana was very helpful with getting us to the airport in the morning and Philip was a gent while helping us with our luggage, I would highly recommend staying here!

It was fine for a short trip, the staff were very very lovely and helpful. The room we stayed in was not great

Pros:

Beliggenheden og meget venligt personale.
Specielt dørmanden Philip og rengøringsdamen Tina var meget servicemindede. Receptionisten var lige så serviceminded og meget hjælpsom med alt. Kan virkelig anbefales!!

Cons:

Lidt slidt og sengene kunne være bedre. Morgenmaden var vietnamesisk. Så du skal være klar til det om morgenen. Kaffen ligeså…

For the quality of stay, location and cleanliness this place is a terrific value for the money.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful as usual. A special thank you to the dining room staff Tammy and Tina for great hospitality and the usual terrific omelette. The room exceeded my expectations including comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the bathroom and great job by the cleaning staff. Front desk staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out and with assistance during our stay. Philipe was helpful and attentive as usual.

Cons:

Perhaps some umbrellas could be made available for guests during the rainy seasons?

Pros:

Vi trí thuận lợi , gần trung tâm Sài Gòn, dễ đón và xuống xe.

Mình thường ở mỗi khi về Việt Nam nên quen mặt rất cả nhân viên khách sạn , mọi người đều nhiệt tình, lịch sự, thân thiện .

Pros:

This is an exceptional location, metres from all of the big name hotels like the Rex, Caravelle and Park Hyatt, without the price tag to stay metres from the Opera House precinct.
The bedtime linen, towels etc are all exceptionally clean adding to the comfort of the rooms which otherwise are getting a bit tired. Given the time spent in the room it suits me fine, which is why I always stay here.
It is also nice that there is limited staff turnover and they remember previous guests. When it is hot or monsoon rains try to disrupt the day it is great to be able to walk less than 200 metres to excellent restaurants. The markets are also close.

Cons:

The breakfast selection is limited but has everything needed including well cooked eggs as you would like but this visit selections weren't topped up approaching ten o'clock, I expect to avoid wastage.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Das Personal im besonderen Lana und Henry sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bei allen Fragen.
Das Hotel ist sehr zu Empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig umfänglicher sein ansonsten war die Qualität gut.

Outstanding hospitality with a genuinely caring team that made the stay memorable.
Pros:

The staff made this stay exceptional. Lana at reception went above and beyond throughout my stay and was always incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. Henry was very kind and assisted me with my bags smoothly every time I needed help. Tina kept the room consistently spotless and well organized every single day. What truly stood out was the genuine smiles and positive attitude the team maintained throughout the entire stay. It made the hotel feel warm, comfortable, and genuinely caring rather than just transactional.

Cons:

Very little to complain about overall. A few small areas of the property could benefit from minor modernization, but the excellent service from the staff easily outweighed that.
