It was close to the places we were visiting, good location overall.
It was not clean with cigarette burns in the comforters, dirt on the sheets and hairs in the shower. Only one set of stairs to get to the top floor. The receptionist was not very friendly.
The price and location
Husband cut the hot water valve, for the sink.
I loved the location and how friendly the staff was.
Rented a king size room with the jacuzzi tub. Tub had a broken jacuzzi spout and the water didnt get hot it only got Luke warm. The hair dryer was broken and didnt work. Microwave was old and dirty looking but it was clean. The bed was very old and worn out and you would literally sink like 8 inches into it on hard spring coils. The TV remote did not work the TV to change the channels (reminded me of being a child having to change the channel by the TV buttons.) Truthfully on a scale of 1-10 id give it about a 4 maybe.
On the main street and very clean
I thought the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was very nice
I wish they would open the pool earlier. They only have one pool and it’s an outdoor pool. The Pool wouldn’t have been available until the second or third week of April but the whole time we stayed up there it was hot like 80°. It was the beginning of April. The traffic was loud, but that’s no fault of the hotel unless they can make it sound proof somehow
The girl at check-in was nice.
When I got to the property it was late. Lighting was poor around the property. It was very run down. This property is so old that they still used keys to their rooms. They had me in an upstairs room and I am disabled and cannot walk well and cannot climb stairs. The girl noted that I had requested downstairs and changed me. When I got to the room it had a non smoking sign on the door but the room was saturated with smoke. The bedding didn’t look clean and was very worn. I went to turn on the air and it was an actual window unit. The bathtub had cigarette (or some kind) of burns on the edge. I went to get something to eat and came back and it had turned into a little Mexican block party. People outside with doors open to rooms and you could tell from the decor (Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling) that these were residents. Kid talking and Partying. I dint feel safe. I got out retrieved my bag and went to check out. I went to the office and it was closed. I couldn’t get anyone to the window either. I poked my key through the opening and left and found me another place to stay. The rating for this property was a blatant lie. It was ranked pleasant but it was more like a nightmare.
Very clean room. Loved the spa in the room.
Old hard room key. No card key. Old school. No breakfast.
Didn’t try the breakfast, good location on the main highway, but not a problem. An older facility, dated but still clean and comfortable.
It’s quiet, in good location
They did not have breakfast like they advertised they did, bathroom door was broke and really dirty
The location and the quit
That my vacation ended to soon
Nothing
Anything
Close to everything
Not updated and smelled musty
Nothing.
The bugs
The left baggie
The food in the floor
I checked out the room, and we immediately left because it was so dirty and it smelled bad
Can't comment on the beds, we didn't sit down
Location
Room to small
This place may not look like much from the road, but don't let that stop you from staying. The staff are the kindest people I've ever met. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, right across the road from some of pigeon forge's best attractions (Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Feud, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks and Hard Rock Café.) I would stay here over and over!
I wish they served a small grab and go breakfast (they do have coffee and juices). But other than that it was a great stay!
Bed was comfortable. Had a problem with the water in our room so we were moved straight away which was very good customer service. Plenty of parking available
Basic but ideal for the one night stay
