Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect—the room, the service, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Alice and her team helped us arrange our trips, transportation, and every other detail, making our stay in Vietnam a truly memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Le staff étaient au petit soin pour nous. Grande aide pour les excursions. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambres très propres. Séjour agréable et hôtel très bien situé. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Great location, close to everything. Staff members are efficient especially the hotel Manager, Alice and front desk staff (Tracy, Mia and Tony). The breakfast food choices are really good too.

落ち着いた旅行を楽しみたい方にぴったりのホテル
Pros:

○親切なスタッフ
チェックインの際に、マップを使って観光地がどこにあるのか教えてくれました。また、英語を話せるスタッフがフロント対応してくれるため、安心して過ごせました。親切に対応してくれます。

○施設
ホテルはダブルの部屋に泊まりましたが、十分広く綺麗で快適に過ごせました。テレビも冷蔵庫もあります。
アメニティも十分でした。朝食もバリエーションが豊富でどれもとても美味しかったです！

○ロケーション
旧市街に近すぎず、遠すぎず歩いていくのにちょうどいい場所にあります。騒がしすぎず、落ち着きもある場所なので、治安も良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂のシャンプーとボディーソープの泡立ちが良くなかったですが、許容範囲内です。

Prima hotel op een goed gelegen plek.

Nette en schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt liet zich aan de verwachtingen over. Niet uitgebreid of gevarieerd, iedere dag het zelfde en minder dan op de foto’s te zien is.
