Excellent value and right location
Pros:

The location was perfect
The beds were comfortable and it was clean
The staff were really helpful and nothing was any trouble
Breakfast was very good

Cons:

The shower didn’t stay on the wall and I had to hold it
The light on the balcony was broken and hanging off but for the price the room was really large

Comfortable, responsive staff and conveniently located.
Pros:

Our room was really clean and well managed, and reception staff were very helpful. Tracy especially went above and beyond to try and keep us happy and well accommodated, and had a lot of recommendations for us for the local area.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, near the shopping streets and cafes, and near train street as well.
It was easy to get to the main sites and attractions in the city centre too.
The room is slightly dated but it’s very clean and comfortable, and housekeeping would leave us free water every day.

Pros:

Séjour parfait à Hanoi. Le personnel est très accueillant, spécialement tracy professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de bonne qualité. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principales attractions et facile pour se déplacer dans la ville. Chambre propre et confortable. Rien à redire, tout était au top. 10/10, je recommande fortement

Good value for money. You get what you pay for but have manageable expectations.
Pros:

We liked the location as it was walking distance from cafes, shops and some tourist attractions. The staff was very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile on entering and leaving the building. We felt safe inside the hotel. Good value for money

Cons:

The facilities are quite outdated and could be a bit cleaner
