The reception staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The room cleaning daily was excellent and the bed and room was very comfortable.

Vincent was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. His positive attitude stood out and was appreciated.
The room did not match the photos advertised, which was disappointing. We also experienced a power outage that made the room extremely hot with no air conditioning or fans. Breakfast was below expectations and quite limited. On top of that, we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs during checkout due to the lack of power, which made the experience very inconvenient.

Best part of the hotel was Tracy the concierge, she was so attentive, booked a cruise for us & was always in touch to make sure all our needs were attended to. Great location too being in the middle of the Old Quarter
