Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit richtig guter Lage. Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich, hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend. Besonders der Mitarbeiter Tony hat sich sehr um einen tollen Aufenthalt bemüht & uns viele tolle Tipps für Hanoi gegeben. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder wählen, wenn wir in Hanoi sind

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and gave excellent recommendations for the area. The bed was comfy (soft) and we had a room at the back so street noise was minimal. The shower was powerful and hot. Breakfast was very good the first day and ok the second, minimal western options. Great location for exploring and nearby restaurants. 35% discount on spa.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated and needed some maintenance. The surface was very dusty and the bathroom fan was blocked with dust. Did request for them to clean all the dust but only the fan was understood. Noise from the corridor was very loud so if you have noisy guests or want to nap during the day it's not possible. Higher floors and rooms at the back are significantly better.

An amazing stay in Hanoi!

We stayed at Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa for three nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was fantastic and the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — just what we needed after busy days exploring Hanoi! The food was also great, with plenty of delicious options.

A special mention has to go to Alice, the manager, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Alice organised our tours to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, including our wonderful boat cruise, and everything was arranged perfectly. There were no issues at all — everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

It was so reassuring having someone we could trust to organise everything for us, and Alice’s help made our Hanoi experience even more special.

We would highly recommend Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi. Fantastic hospitality, great food, a comfortable and clean room, and wonderful staff. We had an amazing three nights and would definitely stay here again! ❤️🇻🇳

Pros:

Great location and easy access to every sightseeing and restaurants and night market. all are within walking distance. staffs are really friendly and gave lot of information about hanoi. Specially Alice is so professional and knowledgeable, provided a great customer service and make our Hanoi stay memorable

Super Lage, tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, das Old Quarter ist fußläufig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei allem geholfen. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Grundlegend war alles sehr sauber, nur die Bettwäsche hatte an einigen Stellen leichte Flecken.
