Great location-short tuk-tuk ride to center, Pub Street, bus station, restaurants, Old Market. Very nice room and comfy

Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlfühlte stets herzlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt; es war makellos sauber und komfortabel. Auch die Lage war perfekt.

Excellent service
Pros:

Check-in was smooth and simple, setting the tone for an excellent stay. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained and the service was excellent from start to finish. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay.

Exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Home Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and memorable, the warm and efficient staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality was exceptional always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a fantastic feature. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. We would gladly return.

Pros:

Everything at the hotel was very enjoyable. We left very satisfied, especially Hosinu from the hotel staff who was very helpful. If we come back, we will stay here again.

Pros:

L’emplacement est pas mal,
Le jardin de l’hôtel est incroyable! Un vrai havre de paix et de sérénité! Le soir venue, les grenouilles chantent, c’est vraiment chouette! En soi c’est un très bel hotel… mais…

Cons:

Il y a beaucoup de choses qui ne vont pas! L’état des chambres est catastrophique : fuites d’eau, évier totalement bouché, douche sans pommeau de douche (comme au vestiaire!), porte impossible à ouvrir, fenêtres qui ferment mal, clim hors d’age qui refroidit à peine!
Les chambres ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on attends de cet hotel.
Il y a un gros manque de prise, à peine une par chambre.
Manque de lumière dans la salle de bain (on ne voit rien de par la configuration)
Presence de gros rat sur les balcons, donc dans les étages de l’hôtel! Avec la porte du balcon qui fermait mal… ce n’etait pas rassurant!
Et enfin, dernière chose, le compresseur de la clim suspendu juste au-dessus du petit balcon, c’était vraiment la meilleure idée pour ne pas du tout pouvoir profiter de son balcon : avec la clim qui nous goûte dessus et le bruit insupportable!

HORRIC stay in Cambodia
Pros:

Staff were sweet

Cons:

No AC . Bed was hard and cause back problems. Expose wires in shower. Two dead bugs on floor when awoke. Staff completely lacking skills in straightening out HORRIC conditions in regards to no AC for two days in Cambodia heat! Room was trash, hugh cracks in wall, mold EVERYWHERE or some black grime.

Lindo hotel para una buena estancia en Siem Reap
Pros:

La piscina es super bonita y amplia para un buen momento de relajación. Amplia habitación con buena iluminación natural. El día que salí a ver de madrugada el templo de Angkor, fueron amables en darme una breakfast box para llevar. Un poco alejado del centro pero si tienes moto rentada, no hay ningún problema.

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno pero hay muy pocas opciones.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were amazing, especially HOSINU who went above and beyond with his service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa!
Pros:

Disfrutamos de una estancia maravillosa en el Home Indochine Hotel. El personal fue increíblemente amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa y muy cómoda, y nos encantó la hermosa piscina rodeada de vegetación tropical. Nos alojaríamos allí de nuevo sin dudarlo.
