Fabulous, the team are incredible, would definately stay again!
Pros:

Location was great and the little touches in the hotel were really appreciated. Beautiful design. The standout was the staff, from the moment we walked in they were just incredible, made us feel welcome, nothiong was too much trouble.

Personeel totaal niet gemotiveerd mn ad receptie. Kamer niet schoon schuifdeur niet op slot te doen. RATTEN overal buiten in de tuin/zitgedeelte. Prijs v ontbijt relatief duur en ze konden de producten ( bijv french toast !? niet eens leveren…

Nette Anlage mit Parkplatz.
Pros:

Personal freundlich. Schöner Pool. Frühstück war gut. Lage: 20-25 Minuten zum Old Market. Parkplatz für KfZ vorhanden. Zimmer geräumig aber spärlich eingerichtet. Wenn man die Balkonsessel und den -tisch ins Zimmer stellt ist das ok.

Cons:

Internet bricht ständig ab.
Die Ankündigung für die Buchung eines Taxis ist unverständlich. Es heißt, man solle unten in der Nachricht die Daten eintragen, was aber nicht möglich ist. Auf Nachfrage erfolgte keine Info, ich solle nur die Ankündigung gründlich lesen. Beim check in wurde erklärt, dass man eine Anfrage an die e-mail des Hotels richten muss.

Pros:

Our stay here was spectacular; the facilities are beautiful and allow for true relaxation.
A highlight is the pool, where you can enjoy a drink thanks to the swim-up bar. The décor and the courtyard create a calm atmosphere and help you unwind completely.
The staff provided excellent service—they were incredibly warm, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience, as well as being very kind and courteous.
I would undoubtedly stay here again.

Aún no me creo que puntúen bien este hotel. Sucio, viejo, todo reventado. Sólo ponen la foto de la piscina para que se vea curioso. Me lesioné la espalda y no podía andar, no tuvieron la mínima intención ni de ser amables. Durante los días de alojamiento no nos pararon de picar "cosas", que vivían dentro de la cama. Una verguenza de sitio.

Soggiorno ottimo, consigliato!
Pros:

Camera accogliente, curata, con ottimi spazi.
Il personale gentile, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti; in particolare Na Ni e Hosinu.
Alloggio consigliato, tranquillo e non lontano dalla città 15 minuti a piedi o 2 minuti in tuk tuk, quest'ultimi sempre presenti al di fuori dell'hotel.
La piscina con servizio bar a filo d'acqua ottima per il relax dopo le escursioni!

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare la colazione dolce. Tuttavia, sempre disponibile pane o pancake con confettura.

Expérience décevante, plusieurs dysfonctionnements majeurs
Pros:

La piscine malgré sa couleur verdâtre

Cons:

​Mon séjour a mal commencé dès l'arrivée : l'accueil a fait preuve d'une grande méfiance car je n'avais qu'une copie de mon passeport (l'original étant en caution chez un loueur à Phnom Penh). Résultat : vérification de l'immatriculation du scooter, demande du contrat de location et appel au loueur pour vérification en lui demandant copie du passeport, et pour finir m'emprunter la photocopie que j'avais présentée dès le départ car de meilleure qualité. Une perte de temps de 30 minutes inutile.
​Dans la chambre, l'ambiance est pour le moins suspicieuse : une pancarte liste l'intégralité des équipements (jusqu'aux cuillères à café) avec leurs tarifs en cas de détérioration.
​Côté restauration, la note est salée : facturation en dollars, taux de change très défavorable si l'on paie en monnaie locale, et pour couronner le tout, la monnaie est rendue en arrondissant à leur avantage.
​Enfin, le lendemain matin, mauvaise surprise au petit-déjeuner pourtant inclus dans ma réservation : on a exigé que je le paie, m'obligeant à brandir ma confirmation de réservation pour prouver ma bonne foi.
A cela on peut rajouter climatisation bruyante, rideaux ayant besoin de passer à la blanchisserie, écoulement du lavabo qui fuit, murs et mobilier qui ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement.
​Un établissement qui manque clairement de professionnalisme et de sens de l'hospitalité. Je ne recommande pas.
Un dernier conseil si malgré tout vous y séjournez, vérifiez qu'en partant vous n'emportiez pas une colocataire des lieux (blatte enceinte) dans vos bagages.

Hell und gemütlich

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war hell, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügte über einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den üppigen Garten. Das Hotel bietet einen Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen, einen erholsamen Garten sowie ein hoteleigenes Restaurant, das sowohl lokale als auch internationale Küche serviert. Die Herzlichkeit des Personals und die Liebe zum Detail machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis, und die Lage – nur 300 Meter vom Nachtmarkt entfernt – war äußerst praktisch.
