Convenient, friendly, comfortable, clean and tidy. Good value for money in the city. Iwouldstayagain
Pros:

Range of toiletries, comfortable bed, warm room, good kitchenette. Location was great, close to shops and buses. The Porter came and helped us make the TV into Freeview rather than using apps on your phone to watch the TV.

Cons:

the tea bags and coffee were of a very different variety that we didn't like. The bathroom had a door that was very in the way, it opened the wrong way and made getting in and out of the bathroom cumbersome.

Beautifully arranged room and lighting. Great features in the fawyer and quick to respond to a mess in the elevator. Will be staying again
