Great location
Pros:

Location, and room was clean and warm

Cons:

No towels and it took 3 goes at asking for these, had 15 minutes before check out and we still had not towels.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great convenient location for my office, Room spacious and well equipped including good quality tea and Nespresso coffee. Like that toiletry supplies are in refillable containers not little sample sizes which lead to wastage. Quiet.

Cons:

Only improvement would be to have decaf coffee pods provided.

Not a good sleep
Pros:

Location was right in CBD

Room card failure
Cons:

Key to access room and lifts stopped working after hrs.
I went to take guests out and could not get back up without partner holding room door with heavy item and operating lift from up top.
In the morning i thought id call at reception if same thing happened as i needed to check vehicle parking to top up.
Unfortunately it did , i rang after hrs and after being on hold a couple of times was told reception staff would be in shortly at opening time to sort.
Luckily they had some interesting books in foyer to keep me entertained while waiting.
Apart from that inconveniance every thing else was fine.

Pros:

It was ok

Cons:

The washing machine/dryer in one took 6 hours and our clothes were still wet and smelled funny. Parking was across the road and very dodgy and very expensive for the short time we were there , car weren't even totally secure and drug things in the stairwells.

Never been to a hotel with such low standards and I'm easy to please
Pros:

Nothing, really bad

Cons:

Couldn't get in the room until 5 pm
Shit on the toilet seat
Cards stopped working late at night to get into elevator/room, had to wait for security

Reasonable for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Good location, clean and tidy. Relatively quiet. Good value overall for a night and easy check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is basic but has everything you need. Was able to check in a bit early which was appreciated on this occasion. Easy walk to TSB Arena to see a concert.

Cons:

The bed is very soft and not overly supportive . I wouldn't want to stay more than a night. There definitely needs to be an upgrade in my opinion as it is the same issue I had a few years ago when I had stayed here for work. Lighting in the room is lacking, would be good to have a decent free standing lamp in there as well. The lamps beside the bed can be easily knocked over as and have a glass covering - one has obviously been previously broken a bit.

A little gem on Willis Street🌻
Pros:

This is the best location to stay downtown, especially if you can park a car away from the CBD. Everywhere you want to go is a walk or a bus away.
This is our second stay and we will be back.
We were there on a week night but so quiet after 10 p.m. Staff on reception are friendly and helpful.

For such a reasonable price, I love the details of a simple coffee maker, rather than cheap sachet coffee, and eco friendly toiletries.
We loved that our apartment was warm on our arrival. Lovely hot water, and decent shower pressure. The apartments make the most of the space available. Our bathroom was not spacious but functional. Everything is provided, including a washer/drier. Overall, this adds up to excellent value.

Being on Willis Street, there is a superb breakfast spot across the road.
Save your money on the hotel for your next stay, and then spend it going to Wellington's superb restaurants and bars!

Cons:

We felt our bed this time was not as comfortable.
Someone had neglected to replace a bedside lamp, which would not bother some people.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

In a great location within easy walking distance of all the key city sights. The kitchenette and washing machine were a bonus, especially when staying for a few days. The room was spacious and we had a good city view from the 12th floor.

Cons:

The reception closes for a couple of hours during the day so that’s something to be mindful of. We didn’t realize that and went back to collect our stored luggage but no one was there. Check the reception opening hours if you are doing the same.

Great location, had everything we needed & was very clean and tidy.
Pros:

Great central location, comfortable bed and pillows, had everything we needed, lovely staff and very clean - we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Having a washer/dryer in the bathroom is great although it made the bathroom a bit cramped.
