Nice hotel but we were unlucky with our room

Modern and good location

Cons:

We had a terrible smell from the drains coming through the bathroom. A plumber came to check and clean but the smell came back during the night. We told reception again the morning after and asked for it to be checked again. It seemed ok when we came back after a day out until late at night again so we slept with our windows open all night. We complained again on checkout after 2 nights and were not offered even a partial refund.

Ich wohnte in einer Junior-Suite, die sich überhaupt nicht wie eine Suite anfühlte. Es fehlte an allem, es war nicht einmal eine richtige Suite.
