Lovely staff and well-located hotel, but not a hotel for light sleepers.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the check in was easy. The parking was straightforward and hassle free. My friend and I asked for rooms close together and they were able to do this for us. Breakfast was simple and had what you would expect from a buffet hotel breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is rather noisy and this wasn't ideal when trying to get some sleep. Other guests walking on the landing, or rooms above, and talking in the passage way throughout the night. I could hear the neighbour's TV on through the night. Not a hotel for a light sleeper.

Parking. Nice sized room. Some staff helpfull but others tarnished this comment.

Cons:

No English language TV. Difficult to find even with 2 sat navs. Doesn't seem geared for foreigners.
Limited restuarant facilities.

Lovely stay in hotel.
Pros:

Great location, quiet rooms with beautiful view. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No bathrobes, bath not in room after requested, only shower which was hot but not very good spray on head. Bar did not appear open as tables being moved around. Was hoping for more boutique but felt corporate.
