Would definitely come stay again. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.

The relaxed atmosphere. The location. The style. Everything was perfect.

Cons:

2 Very, very small issues. First, our shower screen (over the bath type) didn’t seal properly and therefore water found its way onto the bathroom floor. 2nd, although we received an email detailing how to get to the hotel by car, a more detailed set of instructions would have helped enormously, potentially even containing a link to a map. When you’re driving in an unfamiliar country, you can miss street names. These two small issues should not detract from the fact that the hotel excels in everything!!!

Il design e l’arredamento della struttura. Vicinanza al centro storico.

Cons:

Gli ascensori sono scomodi. Non tutti arrivano al piano terra dove c’è la reception e sono in condivisione con lo staff di Housekeeping, che non solo non lascia libero l’ascensore ma non saluta nemmeno. Ci sono manager in gamba e molto professionali, ma non possono coprire le inadempienze di tutti i collaboratori. È fondamentale più training del personale. Nel nostro caso la receptionist non solo ci ha detto che la colazione era complimentary quando la nostra tariffa era Room Only, ma si è presentata a lavoro con lo smalto vecchio di settimane … come è possibile che nessuno le abbia mai fatto notare che avere un aspetto curato e pulito è un must have per il front of the house? Il notturno non può rispondere a un problema dicendo che non ha idea di come si possa risolverlo e che dovremo aspettare l’indomani. Si trattava di un malfunzionamento della televisione, ho suggerito più volte di confrontarsi con un collega o un superiore ma comunque la risposta è sempre stata negativa. Sotto le tazze da te in stanza c’era sporcizia degli ospiti precedenti, che delinea una pulizia superficiale delle stanze. La maniglia della porta non funzionava bene. In stanza si trova un blocchetto che evidenzia tutti i comfort della struttura - sarebbe opportuno verificare che funzioni tutto prima di promuoverlo così. Ci hanno omaggiato il parcheggio, che dimostra la volontà di lavorare sulle proprie mancanze.

Saubere und ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage

Zentral gelegen und ordentlich

Cons:

Es ist "teilrenoviert". Teilweise etwas lieblos gemacht und es gib auch einige Bereiche, welche man hätte ebenfalls renovieren können.

A luxurious hotel very much in the centre of Pamplona
Pros:

A very nice room and good shower.
Breakfast was exceptional.
Staff were very welcoming and all spoke English.

Cons:

The A/C did not work and it was very hot when we stayed parking at hotel €19 for one night.

Good hotel but not good for immobile guests. Not in a good position in the city.
Pros:

It was clean, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The restaurant was only open one day of our five day stay. Not good. I have mobility problems and to get out to eat was so difficult because of the hundreds of students sitting and standing drinking in the street. I was not happy.
