Un séjour remarquable au cœur de Pampelune
Idéalement situé en plein centre historique de Pampelune, cet hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié.
Le service voiturier s'est avéré particulièrement pratique et appréciable.
Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de restauration sur place le soir, ainsi que l'invitation au bar avec un verre de vin au choix - rouge, blanc ou rosé - offert.
La piscine offre un havre de paix, propice au calme et à la détente.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié, et élaboré à partir de produits de grande qualité.
Ce qui a véritablement distingué notre séjour reste cependant l'excellence de l'accueil. L'ensemble des collaborateurs se montre d'une bienveillance et d'une disponibilité exemplaires, avec un souci constant du détail et un sens du service irréprochable.
Voyageant avec notre fils de 3 ans, nous avons été particulièrement touchés par les attentions dont il a bénéficié.

La piscina, enclavada en un remanso de paz y tranquilidad, invita al descanso más absoluto.
El desayuno se reveló a la altura de nuestras expectativas: abundante, variado y elaborado exclusivamente con productos de primera calidad.
Pero lo que verdaderamente sublimó nuestra estancia fue la excepcional calidad de la acogida. Todo el equipo demuestra una amabilidad, una escucha y un sentido del servicio extraordinarios, con una atención constante a los detalles.

No hay absolutamente nada que objetar, nuestra estancia fue impecable en todos los sentidos.
The location was great, the rooms were beautiful and relatively spacious (for hotels in the old city) and had plugs on both sides of the bed.
We had 4 issues during our 2 night stay, and none of them were resolved to our satisfaction.
1) we checked-in late (after 9pm) after a long drive to get there, and when we arrived to our room the air conditioning was off. I couldn't turn it on (it kept turning off after 3 seconds). The next day front desk looked into it and said it was because a window was open, but we hadn't touched the windows when we arrived, & the AC was clearly off for a while when we arrived.
2) when we checked-in, we were very thirsty after a long drive to get there, but we couldn't tell if if the water bottles on the desk or in the fridge (or the other drinks in the fridge) were complimentary or paid (there was no sign or price list). Walking out of the hotel for a late bite, I asked the front desk staff and they said they would make sure there is a price list is dropped off to the room. They never dropped it off. They didn't confirm that the 2 bottles of water were complimentary either, so we didn't touch them all our stay. For this price point (and for any guests visiting your home or hotel) we expect you provi free water bottles replenished every day. This was frustrating and inconvenient because I needed to go find and purchase water bottles outside the hotel.
3) when returning to the hotel late at night before our second night, both our room keys weren't working. We had to go back to the front desk to have new keys made.
4) I was charging my camera battery in its charger plugged in the wall and had left the battery cap on top of the charger. When we came back to the room, the cap was missing, likely taken by housekeeping. The cap is required for safe air travel with lithium batteries, so this was very annoying.
We also had a few other unsatisfying experiences:
A) pool waiter didn't pick up the previous people's empty glasses when taking our drink order or even after bringing our drink.

Great location for visiting historical center. Parking. Beautiful decorations. Clean, comfortable.
The pool is very small. Restaurant area for dinner is very small and opening hours of the bar are quite limited
