Complessivamente un buon soggiorno, ma non da 5 stelle, bensi’ da 4
Pros:

Posizione ottima, letti molto comodi, pulizia buona, bellissima vista dalla terrazza dove viene servita la colazione e dove e’ possibile cenare( vedi foto)

Cons:

Le cameriere ai piani non sempre erano attente a riporre gli asciugamani per i tutti i componenti della camera o a verificare se i cosmetici per la doccia fossero sufficienti

Just ok, the rooms has broken features, the extractor in the bathroom didn’t work, no tissues provided, we had to keep a

Zara and the new concierge were outstanding. The rest really need to learn customer service!

Cons:

The jacuzzi tub has mould growing in it! Major health and safety issue. We were forced to purchase caps before using the spa but the rest of the customers didn’t even wear any!

Great location, good room, very convenient.
Pros:

Excellent location just minutes away from Galata and taxis won't have to enter the busy streets if you want one. Super comfy beds. Great breakfast and even better views from the restaurant. Staff very helpful Very satisfied overall.

Cons:

The AC needs some rework, it takes some time to cool the room on a hot day. The pressure of water in the shower was not great, just okay.

Fate attenzione! Non è tutto oro quello che luccica.
Pros:

Devo dire che tutta la struttura è bella anche se manca il classico corner per il turista.

Cons:

Praticamente la mia stanza invivibile. Ha rovinato la mia esperienza ad Istanbul. Nelle richieste avevo richiesto parcheggio sicuro per la moto, che ho poi pagato circa 50 euro extra per tre notti ed evidentemente si sono fatti prendere la mano ed ho dormito dentro un parcheggio murato vivo. Allego la foto della vista della finestra della mia camera. Giudicate voi.
