La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bon.
La chambre est plus que vieillissante : le tapis de sol sous le lit est tellement usé qu'il est troué à plusieurs endroits, le téléviseur est installé de travers, le mobilier est abimé,...
La propreté était médiocre : le minibar était sale avec des miettes de pain et des coulures, les tasses à café contenaient du rouge à lèvre des anciens occupants, la table de chevet n'avait pas été nettoyée, le balcon était dégoutant. Globalement, le ménage était très superficiel et, en tout cas, indigne d'un hôtel "5 étoiles".
La vue remarquable ne peut pas à elle seule justifier le prix de la chambre (275€ la nuit)

Расположение отеля удобное. Недалеко Галатская башня, улица Истикляль, метро в 2 минутах, до трамвая и Галата порта тоже легко дойти пешком. Персонал очень внимательный и профессиональный. Красивый вид из ресторана для завтраков. Неплохой выбор блюд и качество еды. Но все же это не 5 звезд, а скорее 4.
Номера небольшие и уставшие. Желательно обновить номера.
Не понравилось, что списали с карты оплату проживания за первые сутки, хотя я выбирала опцию - оплата на месте. Я попросила, чтобы деньги на карту вернули, т.к. я планировала заплатить наличными за весь срок пребывания. Хотела даже по этому вопросу позвонить в букинг ком и пожаловаться на списание денег с карты без моего согласия. Я всегда при бронировании номеров через букинг ком выбираю способ оплаты - оплата на месте. И это был единственный раз, когда отель списал деньги заранее.
All the staff are so nice and respected people ( Eren - Cuneyt - Engin - Zara ) , excellent hospitality..The bed in the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel located near from many important attractions places like galata tower and tersane and sultan ahmet and aminunu.
There is miny market behind the hotel and many cafes and restaurants.

Only the water in the bath was cold and there was a smell comes out from the toilet.
The bed was great, but our room did not have a table. Our son's room did. So even though they told us that the rooms were identical, it was not correct.
Good view and a nice restaurant on the top floor.
The gym, spa and sauna were good too.
I could not get Radisson points as I booked though booking.com
I had a great stay in Istanbul. The place was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and explore the city.
