Благодарю за помощь на русском языке великолепной девушке Заре на стойке регистрации, а так же ее дружолюбному коллеге Айкуту, доброжелательные люди и улыбчивый. Отель хороший чистый. Хороший бассейн. Локация вообще супер.

Pros:

Staff was really helpful. We were travwlling with our dog, everything was well arranged and thought. The location is really easy to find your way around. The room was very big and clean. Breakfast was great with amazing view!

Trotz der guten Lage können wir das Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Aussicht auf das Goldene Horn war beeindruckend. Die Lage des Hotels war nahe der interessanten Ecken Istanbuls. Das Schwimmbad im Hotel war ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Die Information zu Beginn beim Check-in war sehr dürftig. Im Zimmer funktionierte nicht alles: 2 Lampen waren defekt. Zwar war der Kühlschrank mit verschiedenen Getränken bestückt. Es gab aber keinen Flaschenöffner. Für die Kleidungsstücke war wenig Platz. Im Bad konnte man die nassen Badetücher nicht aufhängen. Das Reinigungspersonal ging nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein. Zudem verschwanden 2 Hosen aus unserem Zimmer.
