Friendly Staff
The location as well as the breakfast.
Upon arrival we noticed that the toilet seat had urine stains, which means that the toilet itself wasn't clean.
The room is definitely was not for 3 people. We frequently travel as 3 and have stayed in rooms same size as the one we got. However, this room was decorated in a way DEFINITELY not made for 3.
We asked the staff to remove some of the furniture from the room the same day we arrived. Something the hotel reception agreed but we had to remind them for 2 days because no one came to remove anything. We were later told that it is against hotel policy to remove furniture from the rooms, that took 2-3 days to figure out? Most of the staff at the reception were not nice with a few exceptions that were really friendly.
More importantly, the 3rd bed (sofabed) is horrendous and no human being should be sleeping on it. The first night we had to take turns because we would wake up in the middle of the night because of the pain. We informed the staff and we were told that nothing can be done about it and finally they replaced it with a another sofabed, exactly the same. The person who had the least pain ended up sleeping on the sofabed.
I would highly suggest to find another hotel if you're going to stay in Istanbul.

Building works next door made it difficult to walk one direction and no warning of this ahead of booking. Also the “garden view” rooms not a nice view on higher floors.
The property is in the prime location with easy access to tourist attractions.The staff is really friendly and helpful especially Eren.

Lo reclamé pero nadie se hizo cargo. Es la primera vez en mis viajes que faltó algo. Además ers pesado como para decir que no se dieron cuenta. Detalle lamentable
