A 2 night stay close to the Chelsea Flower Show which we were attending.
Pros:

Loved the apartment with kitchen facilities. It was quiet and in a great location for the purpose of our stay.

Cons:

The shower had no flow control and the water perhaps a little too soft.

Nice place, good location, friendly staff but unhelpful parent-organisation
Pros:

Once I was actually there the staff were helpful and nice and it was in a good location

Cons:

It’s obsessed with money - notices everywhere saying things like “if you do…we will charge you…”. It felt very clinical and I felt like a sausage in a sausage factory. Of course hotels need to make money but a guest doesn’t want to feel like they’re only there to squeeze money out of. This would not have been so bad if there hadn’t been a problem with the hotel’s pre-payment system so I was hounded for money by the hotel in advance which kept saying my payment had been declined and i then had to spend an hour on the phone to my bank trying to work out why the 5 times I’d tried to pay for my room hadn’t worked. I was made to feel like some kind of criminal. It was incredibly stressful and frankly ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in London to attend my daughter-in-law’s 50th birthday party.

My new go to place to stay in London
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable room with everything one requires for a longer stay. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, quiet room, modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

We were delighted with the place and would like to return here.
Pros:

It is modern spacious and well appointed. The apartment is spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient to shops cafes and transport.

Cleanliness, newly redecorated, the bathroom with automatic bide, and prime location, secutity.

Pros:

Everything was fantastic, especially the staff, the amenities, and the location.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit less comfortable was the baby cot, which is quite small and really at the limit for a 2-year-old.
