היינו אורחים חוזרים, כנראה לא נחזור

ארוחת בוקר טובה והמיקום מושלם.

Cons:

יחס די קר ולא נעים מצד הצוות, רמת הנקיון ירדה מאוד
והמקלחת לא נעימה, צפופה והמים עוברים מקור לחום בלי קשר למה שניסינו לכוון.

Местоположение очень удобное, Старый город в 15 мин пешком, есть много кафе, рядом остановка трамвая.
Комплимент от отеля даже для ребёнка, очень мило со стороны отеля

מאיפה להתחיל? אולי בבנייה שמתחילה ב8 בבוקר ומעירה אתכם? אולי במים שלא יורדים בכיור? אולי בהסברי קורונה שעוד תלויים במעלית?
אבל תכלס השיא היה בצ'ק אאוט, שאלו אותנו איך היה אנחנו ענינו שככה שככה ואז הקונסיירג' פשוט לא שאל כלום והיה כזה: "טוב ביי".
בקיצור זה לא מלון בוטיק, יותר אכסניית נוער במיקום טוב, חבל שהמחיר לא משקף את זה

הצוות לבבי ואדיב, המקום נקי, החדרים יפים ונעימים ויש בהם כל מה שהייתי רוצה שיהיה, כולל פינוק של משהו טעים שמחכה לי בחדר. יש להם ארוחת בוקר גדולה ומפנקת. ואולי הכי חשוב - המיקום הכי טוב בירושלים - ליד כיכר ציון בסמוך לתחנת רכבת קלה.

בביקור האחרון התחילו לשפץ בבניין ליד והיה רעש החל מ-8 בבוקר. זה אמנם משהו זמני ושלא קשור אליהם, אבל זה הפריע.

Recommend warm boutique hotel
Pros:

We arrived on the weekend for a birthday celebration, the staff made it clear to us in advance where we could park.
A surprise awaited us, there is an amazing Happy Hour! Hotel staff, A. Wonderful and luxurious breakfast. Comfortable bed, central location, everything accessible on foot. We received help carrying the suitcase to the car. The feeling of a warm and cozy home.
The hotel manager Ayelet wonderful and personally takes care of every guest.
