Comfortable stay for a few nights!
Pros:

Nice building and room, good value for money, and the location is within walking distance of the city center. Self check out is convenient.

Cons:

There is no kettle as advertised.
The shower hose had a leak.
The shower needs a curtain.
Fan is too small for hot nights.
There is no lift in the building.

Unfreundliches Personal und schmutzig
Cons:

Das Zimmer hat keine Klima und bei der Hitzewelle von 40 Grad haben wir nur einen Miniventilator bekommen. Wir konnten gar nicht schlafen.
Die Dusche hat keine Türe und das Bad ist durchgehend überschwemmt. Unsere Bettwäsche war leider schmutzig. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ночь в данном отеле - мое худшее бронирование за последние 5 лет(
Pros:

Единственное, что понравилось - месторасположение отеля: 20 минут пешком до Кёльнского собора.

Cons:

Описание номера не соответствует реальности:
- нет чайника
- нет стаканов/чашек и каких-либо столовых принадлежностей
- нет холодильника
- нет одноразовых тапочек
- кондиционера нет (выдали вентилятор)
- простынь застелена поверх целофанового наматрасника, все шелестит, скользит, невозможно спать
- грязные стены

Добавлю, мы приехали в Кёлн в аномальную жару 38*, и в малюсеньком номере около 12 м2 можно было просто задохнуться

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Putzfrau hat jeden Tag gereinigt und frische Handtücher gebracht.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gab jeden morgen ein leckeres Frühstück.
