Nothing. Complete disappointment.

Cons:

Air conditioning not working. After several discussions with reception, we were given another room which yet again had air conditioning issues. They knew they had air conditioning problems, but we were not advised at check in. The final 2 days there was no warm water in the shower. Falsely marketed as 5 star accommodation. Definitely not!!

Great location for the city of London

Tres bien mais …
Pros:

Le style des parties communes de l’établissement
La gentillesse du personnel
Le petit dejeuner, hyper bon
La chambre etait grande, et tres bien éclairée (ca peut paraitre bete mais dans tellement d’hotels, on manque de lumière !)
Lit hyper confortable

Cons:

Le bruit, je pensais etre au calme avec des fenêtres ne donnant pas sur la rue mais entre la musique qui venait de je ne sais où jusqu’à passé minuit, et le camion venant ramasser les poubelles de verre a 7h du matin, j’etais contente d’avoir mes boules quies !
Pas de pression dans la douche, à peine un petit filet d’eau
Certains points de detail dans la chambre qu’on n’attend pas pour un hotel de ce standing : des reparations pas très bien faites dans la salle de bains, des traces d’humidité/moisissure imprégnées dans le plastique de la lunette des toilettes (c’etait propre, sans nul doute, c’est juste le plastique qui était teinté, mais dans ce cas, changez le truc quoi…)
Globalement, le sejour etait tres bon, mais pour le prix, on attend un tout petit peu plus.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war toll, insbesondere die Auswahlgerichte an den Wochentagen.
Die Lage war auch sehr gut, fußläufig zur Liverpool Street Station und U-Bahn-Anbindung an Circle, Metropolitan und Hammersmith & City-Line.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gern wieder! Klare Empfehlung
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und man ist schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Für unsere geplanten Aktivitäten war es perfekt. In der Straße gibt es auch einen Pub aber auch fußläufig erreicht man weitere Pubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren besonders vom Frühstücksangebot als auch vom Frühstücksservice beeindruckt. Zusätzlich zu dem Frühstücksbuffet, welches schon sehr umfangreich war, gab es noch Leistungen, die man bestellen konnte, teilweise auch ohne Aufpreis ( z.B. Porridge, Spiegeleier, Pancakes). Am Wochenende war das Hotel sehr voll und es gab ein zusätzlichen Raum (Konferenzraum o.ä.), wo die Gäste Platz gefunden haben.

Cons:

Wir hatten am 1. Tag etwas Probleme mit dem Zimmer und hier hat es doch sehr lange gedauert und auch erst nach mehrmaligen Aufsuchen der Rezeption, bevor wir ein neues Zimmer bekamen. Die Zeit hätten wir gern anders genutzt. Aber danach konnten wir unseren Urlaub genießen.
