Montcalm Brewery Townhouse

Do colchão e travesseiros. Colchão exigindo troca. Tbem uma experiência ruim de quebra do ar condicionado no auge de um pico de calor muito mal conduzida pela equipe.

Das Frühstück war das schlimmste, was wir je erlebt haben. Eine halbe Stunde Schlange stehen, bis man einen Platz zugewiesen bekommen hat. 2 Kaffeeautomaten für 100 Leute und nur ein Durchlauftoaster. Tassen und Teller fehlten ständig. Wen man richtig essen will, reichen anderthalb Stunde nicht. Das sind grundlegende Dinge , die gar nicht funktionieren. Die Managementfehler kann auch das bemühte Personal nicht ausgleichen. Das Zimmer war extrem warm und in der Nacht nicht abzukühlen. Das Minidachfenster konnte man nur einen Spalt breit öffnen und die Klimaanlage hatte überhaupt keine Kraft. Am letzten Tag fand man es nicht mehr nötig, Wasser aufs Zimmer zu stellen.

Bathroom spacious with nice shower but nowhere to put clothes, etc. More hooks/shelves required.

Tired building and terrible breakfast. Waited 25 minutes to sit at a bar.

Air conditioning was broken in our room , not great during warmest May ever ! We did get moved to be fair but the new room was tired looking with a broken plug in sink .
Breakfast could of been organised better , one coffee machine broken big Q for it , not fixed on the second morning !
Big Q for brekkie over 20 min wait to be seated , they know how many people they have staying so can use that as an excuse !

Unfortunately our first room in the townhouse had no working ac and had a very uncomfortable first night sleep 14 weeks pregnant. We were provided a fan that night but due to being on ground floor there was no window to open no ventilation and difficult to stay in the room.
We asked to move room which was done very swiftly and dealt with very professionally.
Unfortunately there was a heat wave which made it more unbearable.
We got given access to the lounge for free drinks for few hours to apologise.
We were also met by the duty manager on check out to offer a discount on further stay.

A/c in 1st room waa broken. Staff at reception changed our room promptly and were helpful, excellent nights sleep, great.
At breakfast, there was 1 of 2 slow coffee machines broken = 15 min queue for a coffee= v slow to clear people out as they were all waiting fir a coffee = 30 people queueing to get a table to even sit for breakfast = joke. A filter coffee pot would have solved the whole issue. The coffee from the machine was horrid, or ‘shithouse’ in Australian parlance.
I let the reception know as we got to the queue for Sunday breakfast with an 8 person Q and left past ?50 people waiting to be seated, but they were mostly arsenal fans, so that was funny. Reception said it was a different dept. I said they too would have a crappy review!

Property claims 5 stars which it certainly isn’t. Feels a bit tired and breakfast a bit of a shambles with huge queue but food average

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό, καμία σχέση με το αναμενόμενο για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων, όμως και η τιμή του ήταν για ένα τέτοιο δωμάτιο. Αυτό δεν ισχύει για τις παροχές σε αυτό. Τέλος πάντων ο χώρος είναι το θέμα και εάν κάποιος θα είχε σκοπό να μένει αρκετό χρόνο στο δωμάτιο, αυτό δεν του κάνει.
Αν και δεν ήταν στο πακέτο, το εστιατόριο δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές. Η περιοχή έχει όμως καλά εστιατόρια (κυρίως ιταλικά) με λογικές τιμές (για Λονδίνο).
Υπόψη το ξενοδοχείο έχει και άλλα δωμάτια για τα οποία πιθανόν δεν ισχύει το σχόλιο.
