Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vor allem der Saft war nicht schlecht.
Die U-Bahn Station ist direkt nebenan
Und zum Einkaufen ist direkt am Hotel ein Geschäft.
Parken in der zum Hotel gehörenden Tiefgarage möglich.

Cons:

Das Parken ist mit 22Euro etwas teuer

Schönes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Modernes Bad. Ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg zur U Bahn. Sehr gutes Frühstück, kann aber voll werden. Schneller Check-in durch Voranmeldung im Internet.

Privacy violated: housekeeping entered my locked room while I was asleep.
Pros:

Clean room with all amenities. Location is nice close to Schonbrunn but also only 15 minutes away from the city center. The hotel is across the U4 so getting to places was very easy.

Cons:

I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn, with checkout at 12:00. At 8:35, well before checkout, a housekeeping employee unlocked my door and entered my room while I was asleep. My door was locked. Housekeeping should never enter a room this early, especially with hours still left on the guest's stay and no "do not disturb" check or knock that woke me first.

When I raised this at reception afterward, staff showed no real concern. No apology, no explanation for why housekeeping came in that early, nothing.

This is a serious breach of guest privacy and security. I can't recommend staying here until they fix how housekeeping handles room entry and timing.

Sehr zentral zur U-Bahn Haltestelle gelegen, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich, sobald etwas aller war, wurde es immer wieder gleich aufgefüllt. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Nicht so gut war das Reinigungspersonal. In den sechs Tagen haben wir nur einmal unser Zimmer reinigen lassen, weil ein Schlafanzug lag im Sessel, der zweite Schlafanzug auf dem dreckigen Koffer geworfen und mein Kopfkissen ebenfalls im schmutzigen Sessel. Das ist echt ekelhaft. Das war auch, aber auch das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe.
