Pros:

The staff were really great. The facility was spotless, rooms were spacious

Cons:

Location isn't great. Shuttles every half hour would be awesome instead of every hour.

That I only had to stay one night.

Cons:

Housekeeping is sloppy! No hairdryer in room, no bottle opener. The complimentary water can not be drunk without this opener, it is a basic. Coffee station was poorly stocked. One stirrer only. This hotel should be down graded to 3stars. In my room, there were no occasional chair by stand lamp as per description and photo of room. This must have been removed. At the breakfast my table were not layed with the proper crockery. The breakfast is also average.

Pros:

Stacey at reception l, and Vusi the shuttle driver were very helpful and friendly.
The premises was clean and modern in general.
7min shuttle from OR Tambo, very handy and cheaper that on-site hotels.

Cons:

Used dirty tissues were left next to the bed on the floor by previous guests/housekeeping, and there was only 1 bath towel in the room.
Housekeeping took about 90min to come to the room after I had to phone twice.

Your meal are very disappointing I will send the pictures of the best chef that attracted us at Radisson

Food is For Radisson and it's been 3rd time now noticing
First time everything breakfast and dinner was respecting people’s money, now they just serve for the sake of serving😏they said chef has changed 😌

Fine for a quick overnight. Too much effort if you need to get back to the airport with kids.
Pros:

The room size.

Cons:

Too far from the airport. Nearly a ten min drive. In addition to this, a small shuttle was only available to and from the airport every hour.

Unable to offer a late check in even though they were not busy.

Muy bien
Pros:

Instalaciones y habitación genial! Muy amplio, cómodo y limpio. El gimnasio está muy bien y el desayuno super completo y riquísimo. Tiene al lado un centro de estética que está genial también.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación porque la ducha estaba atascada y tardaron en darnos una solución. Al final nos dejaron una habitación para poder ducharnos. Tienen servicios de transfer al aeropuerto pero la recogida es cada hora y está mal organizado (en concreto no nos avisaron a qué hora pasaba el transfer para recogernos en el aeropuerto)
