Definitely not 3*. The hotel is very run down. Dirty carpets not cleaned or hoovered found a pin lying along with other dirt on arrival. Rooms very hot needs a/c unit. When windows are open the noise from the street and the train lines is torture. They said that they provide ear plugs on request but when I asked they didn’t have any. You have to ask for room cleaning & towels to be changed. Shower was a death trap as there was a 12 inch high step into it and no handrail to get back out. Would not recommend

Worst hotel I’ve been to,the window was off its hinges, the shower door was off its hinges, the mattress was heavily stained an the carpets were filthy and a trip hazard,graffiti outside run down buildings, the only good things I can say about it was the staff were friendly an it was close to the square.

Разположението на хотела, компенсира всеки малък недостатък. Близко до всяка важна интересна и историческа част на града ( дворец Вавел,Стария град, Казимеж,катедрали,мол, и т. н) На удобно разположение и за пешеходни преходи и за ползване на градския транспорт ( влак,трамваи,автобуси) . В централна и същото време спокойна точка. Персоналът е отзивчив и старателен. Подържа се чисто, помещенията са просторни,оборудвани със всичко необходимо.Всичко това е достатъчно за да препоръчам силно хотела.

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue su localización ya que a justo dos minutos se encuentra la parada de tren que te conecta con el aeropuerto.Además, se encuentra a unos 12 minutos andando de la plaza central.También, el último día pudimos dejar las maletas en recepción tras hacer el check out.El personal es educado y servicial.

Very disappointed.Dirty, rundown, not mobility friendly. Couldn't sleep for trains and people coming in and out. Street cleaning machine at 3am. Shower door off hinges, broken bin, safe not working,tv not working, general maintenance not good.

Honestly the worst hotel we’ve stayed in so far.
Location was good in terms of walking - near to the city centre/food spots etc.
however, the hotel is next to a train line which was noisy and did keep us awake. The hotel unfortunately was surrounded by graffiti and in a rather run down area that didn’t feel the safest.
The hotel itself was also rather run down, definitely in need of some fresh paint and a new carpet! Our room also came with a big free dead bug on the back of the door - hard to miss in terms of room cleaning!
The room was mismatched and worn out. Cleanliness not up to scratch at all. You did have to ask reception if you wanted your room cleaned/fresh towels etc.
Didn’t sleep much at all during our stay as the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, we kept waking up with sore backs! The noise was awful too - next to a train line, a ground floor room where you could hear the main door to the hotel opening and closing at all times of the night, people stomping up the stairs, suitcases being hauled, all conversations could be heard too.
The WiFi also didn’t reach our room - even though we were the closest room to reception.
Hotel staff were friendly and did try to solve some issues - they were able to give us earplugs which did allow us some broken sleep in the end.

This property is filthy dirty & worse than the worst youth hostel experience!
Entering the front door you are met with the stench of fried food (possibly fish) that permeates the whole building!
The filthy heavily stained carpets lead up the dirty staircase to various dirty rubbish bag & dirty linen bags piled about the corridors, left for days on end (we endured 3 nights),
It’s an old building that could be beautiful but it’s neglected, cracked, chipped, dirty painted doors & skirtings, stains up the walls,
The room was awful, dirty, tired, Mis matched furniture, heavily stained with cigarette burns, every piece is either chipped, cracked, stained or damaged in some way!
The tv didn’t work, the room safe didn’t work,
The bathroom was grimy, dirty shower tray, chipped, cracked wall & floor tiles, broken toilet seat, someone else’s personal waste in toilet bin,!
