Ce séjour est très exceptionnel pour une femme voyageant solo cet hôtel est une pépite ! Un très bon bonus si tu voyage
Pros:

Le personnel très attentionnés aux ptits soins et accueillant sans pour autant être oppressant, le multiple choix entre nourriture sans gluten sans lactose vegan et all .. nourriture fraîche et anti inflamatoire

Cons:

Peut être le petit truc et c’est juste un peu deseagrable c le parking à 5min a accès loin de l’hôtel et très petit .

Highest standards and excellent location
Pros:

Absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention. We got the most beautiful room with the sea view that we didn’t want to leave. Spa was also so gorgeous and private. We will definitely stay here again!

Great boutique hotel, for a quiet stay in Palma
I really liked the atmosphere, the place feels like home and is relaxing.
Teresa and all other staff are super welcoming and helpful.

We were disappointed considering the hotel’s rating.
Pros:

The breakfast area and staff was excellent.

Cons:

There is no decoration to speak of in the rooms. The rooms are dim, sparse and devoid of niceties such as robes. It took 30 minutes to check-in (thank goodness there was no one ahead of us.) There was no pool (that’s our mistake, we should have checked this at the time of booking). The rooms were clean and spacious.

Disappointed by the hotel’s lighting and overall vibe, but staff was very friendly
Pros:

Hotel was weirdly dark - our room was huge but window looked on to a wall so we never knew what the weather was like outside (a “deluxe” room!) and the hallways were super dark also, gave the impression of living in a basement (we were on the 3rd floor)

Cons:

A room with a view - or any kind of light. Better lighting in the rooms and hallways

L'hôtel est vraiment tres beau esthétiquement, très propre. Les prestations proposées telles que le petit dejeuner (excellent), le spa privé (une détente absolue). Les petites attentions adorables. Le côté intimiste de l'hôtel est appreciable et bien évidemment sa localisation.
Merci encore au personnel à l'accueil qui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et à ceux du Sea Bar pour le régal du petit dejeuner notamment.

Cons:

Peut etre le restaurant, pour le prix quantité légère nous avons trouvé. Mais cela ne gâche en rien cet hôtel.

Lovely hotel, check in was so nice - my room was ready as soon as I arrived
Pros:

The room was amazing it looked just the photos in the advertisement. I loved that it has 2 wardrobes.

Cons:

The bed felt a little worn and uneven there seemed to be a separation in the middle which was not comfortable. The bathroom the overhead bathroom lighting was hard on my eyes - it better to put the lighting around the bathroom mirror.
