Pros:

Made a reservation and paid for it. On arrival I was told I cannot check in because they are fully booked! Why take more reservations if you are out of capacity? I was stranded and felt extorted at the same time. Now to get a refund will take me another week. Worst experience. Customer service too was thé worst. Very impolite, unreceptive and non empathetic. Will never go back!
