Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms were nice and big and well appointed. The hotel is in a good location

Cons:

The cleaner failed to leave tea/coffee supplies twice in a 3 night stay. She failed to empty the toilet bin one day. Our friends next door didn't have thrum toilet bin emptied on 2 of the days, and one day there was no toilet roll for them. She should have a check list. These are very annoying things when you return after a long day of sightseeing. And not to be expected in a supposedly 5 star hotel

An outstanding stay with excellent service
Pros:

Unexpectedly impressive. A superb hotel with outstanding design throughout, from the gym and spa to the rooms, interior spaces, and sky bar. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, exceptionally clean, and luxurious. We arrived with no expectations and left genuinely impressed. Easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Varied and good breakfast. The staff speak English and are very well trained.

Cons:

There are no real downsides, just a few observations. Parking is either on the street or via valet service in a private parking facility located farther away for an additional fee, which can be inconvenient if you want to have your car readily available. I would also have appreciated an electric vehicle charging station.

Otelden her anlamda çok memnun ayrıldık. Giriş anımızdan çıkışımıza kadar tüm çalışanların ilgisi, nezaketi ve güler yüzlü yaklaşımları kendimizi çok özel hissettirdi.Odaların temizliği ve hijyeni gerçekten kusursuzdu; her gün düzenli ve titiz bir şekilde temizlik yapıldı.Otel, merkezi konumu sayesinde ulaşım açısından harika bir kolaylık sağlıyor; her yere yürüyerek çok rahat ulaştık. Son olarak, sabah kahvaltısı tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi; ürünler hem çok taze hem de inanılmaz çeşitliydi.Konforlu, temiz ve keyifli bir konaklama arayan herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Enjoyable stay

Cons:

Breakfast: every day the menu is the same
Last day; we were eating the breakfast myself and my wife; one of the staff asked us to move to another table to let another couple to sit instead!
We found this attitude is not welcoming
