Pros:

Excelente ubicacion (cerca del Duomo y de la estacion de tren). La habitacion fue comoda. Personal muy amable

Cons:

Olor a humedad en la habitacion. No hay ascensor. Si bien lo avisan la conserjeria no funciona en la noche y es una incomodidad si hay que dejar el hotel x la noche

Volem destacar el tracte excel·lent de tot el personal, molt amable i atent en tot moment. Gràcies al personal per la seva rapidesa i bona atenció.

Cons:

La primera nit, però, va ser molt complicada perquè l'habitació, situada sota teulada, era molt calorosa i l'aire condicionat no funcionava. A més, es notava que necessita una reforma, amb el paper de la paret afectat per humitats. L'endemà ens van canviar d'habitació i tot va anar molt bé. Com a únic altre inconvenient, les escales són força empinades.

Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, el baño de una de las habitaciones muy pequeño, el baño de la otra habitación no tenía presión para el agua fría. La nevera tampoco enfriaba.

Pros:

Location was great as it was short walking distance to everything, especially shopping district.

Cons:

Hotel has no elevator, if staying higher floor with heavy luggages is a hassle and not convenient climbing stairs from a long day walk outside all tired. The room was clean, just the toilet flushing was not working properly. Complained to reception and got it fixed however it was only fixed for the first flushed and need to wait atleast half hour or longer for the second flush as water kept running down the toilet pushing flush button won't do a thing.

La ubicación cerca de la terminal y del centro

Cons:

No tenia ascensor y tuvimos que subir dos pisos bastante complicado con las maletas. Además, había humedad en la pared. La cama vibraba al pasar los autobuses o vehículos debido a las obras en el alrededor, no era cómoda.

La cerradura no se cerraba fácilmente sino debía de ejercer fuerza en ella y verificar en varias ocasiones.
