Le personnel est très accueillant. Vraiment très sympathique. Font tout pour nous aider. (Nous avions quelques soucis pour arriver à l'hôtel en voiture). Le personnel du parking proposé par l'établissement est également efficace.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. La chambre côté cour, silencieuse, spacieuse et très confortable.
Nous reviendrons.

Petit détail, le joint de la douche serait à changer.

Camera spaziosa, pulita, silenziosa anche se in zona centralissima. Esperienza molto positiva da ripetere.

Scale strette e ripide per raggiungere la stanza ma I palazzi a Firenze sono così.

Florence visit
Pros:

The location is excellent close to the Duomo and walking distance of all the sights.

Cons:

Hotel is in need of sprucing up and a kettle and tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.
