Excellent séjour dans ce bon hôtel et dans ce quartier magnifique.
Pros:

Un très bon emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville. Une excellente réactivité et une très grande qualité de service de la part de l’équipe.
Madame Jasmine a été à notre écoute et nia donné de bons conseils.
La chambre était conforme à notre réservation. Propre et bien équipée.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon

Agreable séjour , accueil de qualité
Pros:

Jasmine nous a chaleureusement accueillis. Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier animé des corporations, dans une rue calme. Chambre agréable, nous avons été surclassés à notre retour à Hanoi. A notre demande, Jasmine nous a proposé un choix de croisières sur la baie d'ha et tu long et nous a réservé les taxis pour differents transferts. Nous le recommandons!

Pros:

The location is very central where we can eat and walk everywhere from the hotel.

Cons:

The twin room is very small and not much room to maneuver. Not enough plugs and a working table to place our necessities. The bathroom has no room to place our tooth brushes.

Avons séjourné 4 jours, l hotel est  bien placé. 

Chambre simple et très propre.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de JASMINE et BEN. 

Un grand merci à JASMINE pour s être occupée de tous les transferts et ses bons conseils en français pour la visite de la ville.

Possibilité de laisser un bagage,tres pratique si vous partez quelques jours dans le nord.

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent value for money - perfect location. My room was spacious, clean, good bedding. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is a simple hotel with simple breakfast but very adequate.
