Not value for money, poor breakfast, modest stay, however, location is excellent
Pros:

Location is excellent if your work is at the convention center. You just walk couple of blocks and you reach convention center. So if you are travelling from abroad and do not have a car, it is excellent. Room service was regular and cleaning staff was good.

Cons:

- Not value for money. I felt at 260 dollars a night, I was extremely overcharged
- Breakfast is terrible, if you are vegetarian or vegan, there are really no good options to eat. I relied on cooking myself at the kitchen in the room
- Taps were leaking, shower was partially broken
- Arrived late night and I was told, they may not have rooms. I was scared, but eventually they worked out something. Promised me a mountain view room, but gave me a building view. So false promises at the reception
- Lot of confusion between booking.com and them, and if the facility is full, they may not give you the room. My cancellation of 4-5 days before arrival, booking.com did not deduct any money and I got a scare of not having the room.

I had everything I needed at the hotel and enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location! Love that you have a continental breakfast!

Cons:

I did not like the fact that every time you used the toilet paper, it would come off of the toilet paper holder. Also, the pillows were not that comfortable. I should know just to bring my own because most hotel pillows are not comfortable.

A pleasant stay to start our Journey.
Pros:

Large spacious rooms and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Opening time for breakfast could been longer 7-9 is a bit short.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and has a great hot tub/spa. We loved the bar at the hotel. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops.

The hotel does not issue invoices if payment was made through Booking.com. Despite assistance from Booking.com, there has still been no response from the hotel.
