We could clearly hear the babies in the next room. It didn't bother us, but it may bother another guest. For us everything was excellent. The location was awesome. We were able to walk to several restaurants, art show.
We didn't get to attend the wedding that was going on at one of the meeting rooms. Totally kidding. Everything was wonderful!
Liked the view from behind a locked and non accessible balcony door. The front desk staff was polite, cordial, and helpful. We enjoyed a nice dinner on the patio with a view of the marina.
The lack of cleanliness was evident as soon as the elevator door opened to the tenth floor, leading directly to the room. The comforter had stains, the carpet was not vacuumed, and the toilet was not properly cleaned.

Great location, big room. Jason at check in was great.
One of the staff members was extremely rude. There was a private event and we were trying to access the elevator up to our room there was no signage indicating that the area was closed, she yelled at us 3 different times to tell us it was a private event we told her there were no signs to direct us. It was awful everyone was looking at us, we felt embarrassed. Also the rooms need update everything looks pretty old.

It was pretty, but that’s about it!!
Elevators were running slow Only had two elevators working, There was two parties going on at the same time lobbies were packed!!!
Location was great, personnel personnel was very professional, front desk manager JASON was very helpful and efficient in resolving any issues.
The property had issue with a swimming pool, the swimming pool doesn’t function well it is a half pool for about two or three years. We’re coming to this hotel.

Muy mal estado todo el sauna no sirve
Love how it was by the ocean. My room had an ocean view very clean and comfortable.
I don’t like how the swimming pool area floor was hard and hurt our feet to walk on. Also the floor looked as if were flat with no steps. I was walking not looking at the floor not watching my steps and fell to my knees cause I missed a step. I sprained both my ankles but I didn’t let that ruin my vacation. All I’m saying is be careful when you go to the pool.
check in was sub standard - long waiting line and people cut in front as two staff did not look up when checking in people
