I did not like the additional parking fee or breakfast fee. All other holiday inns i have stayed in they were included
It was close to the marina and restaurants!
I did not see no employee in the building, room had rust spots on the ceiling, long wait to check in because there was only 2 employees on the computers that there was a wait!! The elevators have to be checked out or worked on because they close so quick that my husband about got his arm between the doors but luckily he removed it quickly and the darn doors did not open!!!! The windows have to be cleaned they were dusty or something but they were dirty! The entrance is way in like it’s the way out and not enough space for a 2 cars to come in or go out!

The bathroom has dirty and hair everywhere..
The bath tub was dirty with black marks everywhere
And in the entrance was a leak that make the carpet and some of my bags wet . I call to the front to see if can be changed but no one answer the phone.

There is no control, children running and laying on the floor in the lobby after 11pm? The deposit was never returned to my account? For the price of the stay and parking breakfast should be included!!
Location is within walking distance to restaurants, water and downtown.
Hotel is old, dated and needs an upgrade. The towels, comforter and curtains were torn and stained. Bathroom was dated and mold appearance. They had another customer access the room we were staying in. Room assignment was not properly documented.

Un😤happy about paying for parking? A $100.00 hold? And Ice machine was at No use to ice down my drinks 🥤 found a Cigarette 🚬 on floor! Noticed a Baseball Cap 🧢 was left behind? Wall side of the Bed was a Candy wrapper! Hair was on & in Tub with a used wet bath towel? Lamp was wobbly & loose, porch balcony wasn’t at its Best with a used dirty cup!
When we got checked into our room. Our room was dirty no towels the bed was undone sink was dirty

Breakfast was good with many options.
The property is dated with many aspects of things getting older. Sinks, rust, small shower/tub,furniture. The bed/mattress was nice. Paying $17 /night for parking with a built in hi-rise parking lot seemed strange. Very loud room next door was awful.
