It’s not updated, tv only as a few channels, the staff is no help, and got woken up in the middle of the night and had to check out in the middle of our stay because of a fire and still haven’t gotten a response or refund for the nights I paid for, that I didn’t get to stay! And also they made my wife and I and my 3 year old son climbed up and then back down of 17 flights of stairs in the pitch dark in the middle of the night so we can get out luggage!

The location was nice. We were able to walk to restaurants and it’s right across the street from the sea wall

Cons:

The property needs some attention for sure. The room smelled musty The handles on the bathroom sink are about to break off and the bathroom door is hard to shut. There was some weird stain on the blackout curtain and the comforter as well.

The pool

Cons:

The room and hallways were very dirty. The room carpet smelled. The shower drain was clogged had to end up changing rooms because of that.

Disappointing!
Pros:

Close to beach with view, but unable to step out on to balcony. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming.

Cons:

Lack of attention to maintenance items, such as bathroom faucet to turn water on. Both hot and cold were leaking all over sink counter from base when turned on and had excessive calcium build up. Shower faucet stuck on one setting and on place causing water to leak out on to bathroom floor. Shower curtain had a large tear in it. One if the pillow cases had large stain.
