Very comfortable room. Ac worked great. Enjoyed the comfy pillows and blanket. The tv worked well.
Pros:

Room was nice. We enjoyed the pool.

Morning clerk allowed me to stay until 12pm.

Cons:

No one at counter when I went two times. That was at night. I noticed staff there later that night and in the morning but I did not need assistance then.

I did not want to pay for parking. Parked on street.

Definitely would not go back.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

I paid for an ocean front room, and i could barely see it, only a tiny sliver. The pool was trashy and the service at the bar/ restaurant was not good.

Cons:

Room's outlets didn't work. Water kept running and bathtub/shower stopped up and wouldn't drain. Called for assistance and noone ever came.

Had high hopes for our anniversary left let down
Pros:

The property was nice inside the lobby and staff seemed friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool had lots of debris and live bugs inside, my room took forever to get cold with the AC, the parking garage cleared at 6’8 so our truck didn’t fit and we had to park across the street, in the laundry room the dryers kept stealing our change, ice machine didn’t work, WiFi was extremely slow, blanket had some stains, there were beer bottle caps on the floor in our room, and the water didn’t get cold or warm when showering (only hot water or scorching hot) found this out the hard way. Thought the hotel would be closer to the beach, but it’s divided by a main road so we heard lots of yelling, fast cars, driving and dogs barking. Lamp was broken and bed felt very worn out. Check in isn’t until 4pm.

The worst experience of my hotel stay
Pros:

There was no electricity in the hotel when we arrived. We weren't given our room until 10 pm. The emergency alarms went off three times in the early morning. It was awful; we paid $270 for that experience!

The marina was awesome but stay was different to be a high end pay!!

Cons:

I did not see no employee in the building, room had rust spots on the ceiling, long wait to check in because there was only 2 employees on the computers that there was a wait!! The elevators have to be checked out or worked on because they close so quick that my husband about got his arm between the doors but luckily he removed it quickly and the darn doors did not open!!!! The windows have to be cleaned they were dusty or something but they were dirty! The entrance is way in like it’s the way out and not enough space for a 2 cars to come in or go out!
