Had a snag at check in that was handled quickly and handled well. Parking was pretty tight but not a deal breaker. Great breakfast, too!
Hotel needs updating in several areas like carpet and bedding. Breakfast and location were excellent. Staff were friendly but did not consistently know answers to questions.
We highly recommend the Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria for anyone staying in Atlanta. The facilities were top shelf, staff friendly and helpful, all in a great location. THank you Hyatt!
The location was nice, just off the interstate but close for dinner and drinks at the Battery. The atmosphere and the room were very flat. Which is disappointing I am typically all about a Hyatt but I had never stayed at a Hyatt House before and I probably won’t again, the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was disheveled the vanity falling apart and very light water pressure
Went for the Ga aquarium and coke museum. Hotel is right next door to everything. Stayed for one night. Parking is very high. They charged me for valet and self park so had to get the self park taken off. I reserved online and ii said valet was 50l but they charged 60. They would not change the 60 so I will be calling home office. We did not try the breakfast buffet.
My family and I stayed her for 2 days after driving 10.5 hours. The tvs didn’t work after having the engineer come out multiple times on both days. Pool is not heated nor a hot tub. Wouldn’t provide clean towels or sheets due to housekeeping on going around every 2 days.
Overall good location. Rooms could use some updated furniture but are nice and spacious. The shuttle is a nice way to get to Truist Park but staff won't tell you there is a charge to use it.
Close to attractions
2 hour delay on room! All guests were irritated! Poor management and then we downgraded rooms because we had a weeding nearby and needed to change and get ready! Poor poor management! Shame on the customer service staff as well…offer a $15 discount and we have to downgrade! Get real! Last stay at Hyatt house! Do better Hyatt! Not up to standards.
Location
I paid for the bigger suite with a view and we were given the room for a person with a disability. Disappointed! Not much of sound barrier with children running up and down the halls screaming late late at night and 6am. We were on a vacation and did not get much sleep.
Everything was great, my daughter loved the breakfast and my fiancé enjoyed the pool table.
I liked it all, it was a fantastic experience
The bar hours wasn’t what I would’ve liked but that’s the only bad thing
