We stayed in a very short period as we needed to check out very early. The beds are very comfy, rooom was spacious. We like the fridge in the room too. The staff at the reception and bar area were 5* they were very friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. They were superstar! Water and ice dispenser near the reception were very useful during our stay. The outdoor area was nice. Pool a bit too small, but I was glad they had the pool area. Restaurant was nice.
We had to leave early but it's not the hotel fault though. There aren't many things in around the hotel therefore we didn't expect much to do.

Nice hotel with secure underground parking, welcoming and kind staff, clean rooms with an efficient AC. Connecting rooms was a plus for a family of 5 and was ideal for our overnight stop.
Breakfast lacks variety and should be improved. The waffle machine is a nice idea but produces undercooked waffles.

Emplacement dans une zone qui craint très excentrée du centre de Séville, dans le Nord, à proximité de quartiers, zones de gens du voyage et environnement très sale avec beaucoup de déchets au sol.
Barrière du parking payé 77 € laissée ouverte donc non sécurisée ; j'ai donc payé une prestation pour rien et le monsieur à l'accueil n'a pas voulu me rembourser.
Piscine très petite de 1m20 de profondeur, 4m de largeur, pas assez de transats pour tout le monde et... hôtel situé devant une entreprise de béton donc bruit + poussière du lundi au vendredi toute la journée.
Pas digne d'un Hilton !!!!
