Habitacion con cama matrimonial no acorde a lo esperado, no tiene frigobar ni menos para consumir liquido por la noche, no tiene algo minimo para tomarse un cafe en la tarde noche , el basurero tenia latas de bebidas al ingreso, pedí peticion especial y cuando llegamos no habia nada de lo acordado previamente ( poca responsabilidad) valor excesivo en comparacion a otros hoteles que realmente son buenos.
Al momento de cena buffet con pocas opciones y cantidades; ademas comida helada.

Excelente para conectar con la naturaleaza y desconectarte de todo lo demas (literalmente)

El lugar es precioso, la atención fue excelente, las instalaciones muy comodas, vistas increibles, muy buena la comida aunque cara, la verdad que una experiencia muy buena.

Cons:

Si tu objetivo es desconectarte, lo vas a lograr. Realmente muy muy mala la conexion a internet, no hay señal de celular y el wifi funciona pesimo

Lindo lugar al pie de Los Andes
Pros:

El lugar es maravilloso, dentro de una reserva nacional . Para visitar todo el año. Variadas actividades del hotel incluidas y otras con costo adicional. Restaurante y bar buenos. Desayuno incluido cumple con las expectativas. Buena piscina interior climatizada y lo mejor la exterior a excelente temperatura para maravillarse con el entorno natural Volcan, montañas , flora y fauna del área.

Cons:

Para el nivel del hotel 5*, la TV es muy pequeña, no tiene frigobar y ya es momento ya de cambiar alfombras . Se ve que en zonas del hotel ya hay nuevas . Quizás están en esa remodelación.

De esas estadías que valen la pena y se disfrutan mucho, sobre todo por el paisaje

Hotel muy bueno, instalaciones acogedoras, espacios comunes muy bien logrados y cómodos, restaurant y bar muy ricos, Piscina temperada exterior pequeña, pero muy rica considerando el frio exterior, y masajes extraordinarios.
