Piscina não esta funcionando, a jacuzzi tem que marcar horário e so tinha para depois do horário que nossa hospedagem acabasse. Os funcionários nao foram nada solicitos em relação a isso.

Cheguei depois das 21, perguntei na recepção que horas o restaurante fechava e me informaram as 23h. Fiz check in, após uma fila longa, subi para o quarto e foi para o restaurante. O restaurante encerra as 22h, somente o espaço fica aberto até as 23h. Tive que pedir um lanche no quarto, levou mais de 1h para ser servido, entregaram no quarto sem talheres, sem guardanapo, sem nenhum molho para acompanhar (mesmo que sachê) e ainda por cima estava frio e ruim. Não forneceram cupom fiscal, o que não me permite reembolso. Preço de hotel 5 estrelas com tratamento de 0.

Avisei à equipe do hotel diversas vezes sobre a internet nao estar funcionando, nada foi feito em 4 diarias no local. A ideia de um flat é ser util, e foi simplesmente impossível trabalhar do hotel nos 4 dias que passei. Lastimável. Em todo contato com a recepção, a resposta era “tente outra rede” e a tal da outra rede sequer aparecia
