An excellent hotel with staff that make the experience even better.
Pros:

This has been my favorite hotel I have stayed in in Korea (of more than 5). The staff has been truly excellent, this applies to reception, concierge and room service. I appreciate the thoughtful gestures (helping with luggage and orders, preparing the bed and placing a plushy thoughtfully). The hotel is newly renovated and it shows, everything is in peak condition. I particularly appreciated the laundry (washer&dryer) during a long trip. The location is great, and if I return to Seoul (alone or with others) I will surely stay here.

Globalement bien. Petit déjeuner correct mais très (trop) conventionnel avec des produits de qualité correcte mais sans plus

Cons:

Le parking très compliqué et il a fallu attendre longtemps pour en disposer avec un accueil très mitigé sur ce point spécifique
