If you like bad attitudes, and a handful of things not working in your room stay here
Pros:

Location close to hospital

Cons:

Maybe one of the usb outlets worked. You couldn’t adjust the temperature. No extra blanket so I asked for one and a nice guy brought it to me. I felt unwelcome and like ugh what a total bother to all but the blanket guy.

The walls are paper thin. The price is too high. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

Hotel was clean, rooms cool during hot days.

Good location for our needs.
Room and hotel was clean.
Air conditioning was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast area is small when hotel is fully booked, very busy.
Was not able to get a seat to eat during the 3 days we were there.
Some guests sat and had coffee for over an hour during the busy breakfast…this could be managed better by the hotel.
Several times there were empty trays with no food prepared and guests had to wait 10 - 15 minutes until filled again. This could be better managed.

Great service from the kitchen staff
Pros:

I'm a celiac so travelling can be a challenge when it comes to continental style hotel breakfasts. The kitchen staff was well informed about my food allergy and was very professional when it came to preparing something for me. They also had access to a binder with the ingredient lists for all their products so she was able to check on specific items. Well done!

Cons:

Bathrooms shoukd have a grab bar by the tub, for safety.
Mattresses were too soft.
Skipped the breakfast.
