Pros:

Lage und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten: Komplett leere Seife in der Dusche, Lampe mit defektem Schalter, die sich nicht ausschalten ließ.
Fast unfreiwillig komisch fand ich die Antwort "Okay.", als ich an der Rezeption sagte: Ich würde gerne auschecken. Kein "Wie war ihr Aufenthalt?" oder "War alles in Ordnung?". Vielleicht stand die junge Dame erst am Anfang ihrer Ausbildung 😁

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Check-in und check-out gut getimed und problemlos geklappt. Mehr haben wir auch nicht gebraucht. Alles einwandfrei!

Gute Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage fußläufig in die Innenstadt. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Dickhäuterplatz. Später Check-Out.

Cons:

Trotz "Nicht stören" Schild, klopfte Reinigungspersonal morgens an der Tür als wir noch schliefen. Ich rief "nicht stören". Trotzdem wurde eine Stunde später nochmals geklopft.
Mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern wäre gut.

Ideal, wenn man auf die Messe Karlsruhe geht.
Pros:

Einfaches Hotel mit sehr herzlichem und sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer haben eine vernünftige Größe und es gibt eine Tiefgarage. In der Nähe sind einige Restaurants...
Abends kann man noch an der Bar sitzen.
