Pros:

The Beach area is clean and calm. I liked the buffet and meal options, with a great variety of food. The staff is really friendly and taking care of the guests.

Cons:

The hotel itself was perfectly fine, but the clientele left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere was sometimes a bit rowdy and not particularly relaxing, especially at the pool area. So we spent most of the days at the beach area.

It was incredibly clean!! I think the best holiday I’ve been to!! Staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful. Nastya - our yoga and fitness instructor was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful! We didn’t miss a single yoga class because it was so good! We even learned how to play a new musical instrument. The reception team was lovely as well, special thanks to Iryna. All of them were very wonderful - waiters, bartenders, chefs, managers, life guards, cleaners, every single person who works there. 100% recommended! Please also make sure you try scuba diving and boat trips to waterfalls- it’s definitely worth it! And food - this is something out of this world - there was so much of it and it was very delicious. It was 7 of us and we’re coming back next year as well!! Loved it from the first moment we arrived till the last! Thank you!

Das Personal war sehr nett, hat geholfen wo sie nur konnten und besonders das Animationsteam die Irem hat sich um das Wohlbefinden gekümmert.
Das Essen war einwandfrei, abwechslungsreich und sauber.

Lovely stay by the seaside
Pros:

It was a very pleasant experience, the food was good, various options, lots of vegetables, meat, very nice desserts. The property is nice and clean, well maintained. The sea was calm and warm. The streets around the hotel are very busy at night but you can't hear it in the hotel.

Cons:

The restaurant staff could be a bit more attentive, the bar drinks are average. Other than nothing the complain about really.
