The location was great. Many attractions are walkable. The metro station is just a few minutes away.

Cons:

The lift and the hallway had a very horrible smell. The smell was consistently there. I took the elevator just once to the first floor and it was enough to feel like fainting.

La atención del personal, muy buena muy amables y gentiles

Cons:

El mal olor a pozo septico permanente en las instalaciones, que entraba hasta la habitación. Muy pequeña y la fruta que según Booking.com debería haberse nos ofrecido brilló por su ausencia!! El personal nisiquiera estaba enterado que debían ofrecernos la fruta de bienvenida. No repetiremos.

Nada, tuve que gritarle a dos marroquíes, para que no le robaran a un barrendero, y para colmo casi me echan del hotel por gritos…..

Lo primero la peste y mal olor que hay en los pasillos y ascensores de todas las plantas y olor a marihuana, pero la prioridad es que no se oiga nada, al lado de las ramblas de Barcelona, casi me echan…..

Conveniently located but showers need cleaning/ replacing.
Pros:

Convenient and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned well.

Cons:

The shower was dark and moldy. The elevator had quite an unpleasant odor the entire time.

Do tohoto hotelu příště určitě nepojedeme, pobyt jsme si však nenechaly zkazit ani úporným zápachem.
Pros:

Milý personál (zejména 2 mladší muži), čistě uklizeno. Možnost uchování zavazadel po check-outu do odletu. Skvělá poloha hotelu v centru Barcelony u Opery.

Cons:

Neuvěřitelně odporný zápach kanalizace ve výtahu a v koupelně na pokoji, zřejmě z důvodu špatné instalace sifonů v kombinaci s WC. Trochu se to vylepšilo po provedení úklidu, ale jen do prvního spláchnutí WC. Příliš malá postel (minipostel) pro 2 lidi, jen 1 zásuvka na dobití telefonu u postele a málo úložných prostor, a to jsme s sebou neměly mnoho věcí. Nemožnost namydlit si ruce před umytím v umyvadle bez akrobatických výkonů ve sprše za účelem dosažení sprchového gelu, který byl připevněný. V noci bylo slyšet práskání dveřmi na chodbě od ostatních ubytovaných (špatná zvuková izolace). Často vypadávala elektřina. Často nefungovaly karty k otevření pokoje. Taxi zdarma z letiště do hotelu inzerované u objednávky přes booking.com neklaplo ani přes četné zprávy a e-maily oběma směry (s booking.com i hotelem). Transfer jsme si hradily samy a je nám líto ztraceného času a energie při komunikaci ohledně inzerovaného transferu zdarma bez jakéhokoli výsledku (průběžně 14 dnů před odletem až do odletu)! Transfer zdarma byl i jedním z důvodů, proč jsme vybraly tento hotel.
