Pros:

Location was great, we had a corner river view room, close to Bund ferry, Oriental Perl and Aquarium. Breakfast was very good, staff were friendly.

Cons:

Staff service level at breakfast was not consistent over the duration of our stay.

Pros:

There was a Overseas delegation there, we cnt be dropped off in front of hotel n the staff are not attentive when guests going through security check with all those preformance n security standing around.

I hv sent a feedback to the hotel mgr's email but no reply. Really disappointed.
