Please note that the rooftop sun terrace and swimming pool are both seasonal, open from 09 June until 10 September.

The pool hours are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. exclusive use for hotel guests. Pool towels are free but they work under a deposit of €10 that will have to be paid at reception.

The terrace bar is open from June 09 until October 15, it opens from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Ottima posizione ma comfort da migliorare
Pros:

La posizione, difronte alla stazione di Moncloa per bus e metropolitane.

Cons:

Camera separata da una porta interna da altra, con conseguente scarso isolamento acustico.
L’ascensore si è bloccata lasciandoci fermi all’interno …
L’asciugamani da doccia trovato nel bagno era mal piegato, tanto da non capire se fosse già stato usato o meno.
Rapporto qualità prezzo non positivo .

Overall okay hotel. Would be better if we could have got to the roof
Pros:

The location of this hotel was fabulous. Close to the metro and 001 free bus. It’s a little noisy but expected as so central.

Cons:

The roof top was not open despite it being May and 32 degrees. This was incredibly disappointing. Even if the roof top was open to sit and not use the bar or pool it would be a fantastic view. We booked this hotel for that reason and was a shame it was not open. It was also not very clear on the website that it was not open. Room also needed a paint and freshen up.

Für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip ein rundum sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen, Metro-Station direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und sehr sauber, der Zimmersrvice sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, es ist alles da, es ist alles frisch und es wird ständig nachgefüllt. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn es in einem Doppelzimmer neben dem vorhandenen Sessel noch eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit gäbe.

Si regresamos, sería en verano, con el rooftop abierto, para disfrutar más de la vista
Pros:

El desayuno espectacular y un servicio en el lobby increíblemente atento. Llegamos muy temprano y nos ofrecieron un early check-in casi de inmediato, lo cual fue un gran alivio.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen una vista bonita, y la parte del rooftop estaba cerrada durante nuestra visita.
