Hotel excelente, localização ótima de frente para Rodovia ao próximo do Shopping. Apartamento super confortável, limpeza impecável e ótimo café da manhã! Funcionários super educados e Cortez! Recomendo! Quando for a Belém não vou mais precisar ficar procurando hotel, já está na minha lista rsrs..

No início foi caótico, depois normalizou.

Tivemos problema em 2 quartos, no primeiro a água do chuveiro não esquentava, então trocou de quarto e no segundo a água do chuveiro não esfriava, aí fomos para uma terceiro quarto no terceiro dia.
