HOTEL MUY REGULAR, no merece categoria 4 estrellas
Pros:

La limpieza y ubicación son buenas, pero el desayuno es malo y no son amables con el huesped especialmente quienes atienden en la recepción.

Cons:

No son amables en la recepción; el desayuno de baja calidad, no tiene calefacción ni tampoco cobijas adicionales para el frio; no ponen toallas de manos después de usarlas, el papel higienico del baño está ubicado en un lugar no tan cómodo para su uso, anuncian que tienen Spa y no es cierto, no tienen SPA, las maquinas del gimnasio no funcionan adecuadamente, las eléctricas no prenden y las otras no están en buen estado.

La cama deliciosa, colchón ortopédico creería yo, o sea durito, para mi perfecto. Sábanas calientitas, perfecta para dormir.

Que no hay jabón de pasta para la ducha, solo jabón líquido.
