nos encantó el desayuno, la ubicación, muy cómoda la cama, el spa muy rico, aunque la piscina era un poco fría!!

Cons:

no nos gustó que nos atendió una persona e recepción que estaba ayudando a quienes estaban de turno que nos hizo sentir incómodas por nuestra orientación sexoafectiva. la verdad, viajamos un montón y nunca nos había pasado algo así.

Me gustó el edificio, el spa, muy buena mantención del hotel, una vista maravillosa a la bahía de Valparaíso. La amabilidad del personal, hacen sentir muy bien a los turistas.
Rico el desayuno.

Pros:

Localização estratégica de fácil acesso a pé a todos os atrativos do Cerro Alegre e Cerro Concepcion. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, menção especial ao Nicolás, mas todos são extremamente gentis e solícitos. O café da manhã é algo quase insuperável em qualidade.

An absolutely unforgettable stay — luxurious, relaxing, and exceptional in every way.
Pros:

The hotel room was absolutely incredible — elegant, immaculate, and beyond comfortable. Every detail felt luxurious, from the beautifully styled interiors to the plush bedding and peaceful atmosphere. Awesome
Pros:

Nicholas and Alfredo were exceptional in responding to my requests, changed plans and information. Nicholas arranged last minute tour and gave excellent information; where to eat, how get around. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Pros:

Desayuno variado, un poco pequeño el lugar de comida pero o hubo mucha aglomeración.

Habitación grande y espaciosa, tienen bata y eso le da un plus al usar la piscina y sauna.

Gran experiencia para un fin de semana en pareja.

Cons:

45 min en las dependencias se hace poco, pero entendemos que la demanda es alta.

Más instrucciones en el uso del sauna, no sabiamos como usarlo al principio y perdimos tiempo en eso.

Wondereful views, magnificent Valparaiso historical mansion
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing - a feast & included in the price. Room large and comfortable. Location is the best in Valparaiso for many reasons - close to best street art, best restaurants etc. Spacious. Staff ( all speak English) were fantastic. There is also a sauna, pool, hot tub - that I did not know beforehand.

Cons:

If you want an international hotel, this is not it. It is a large beautiful mansion - wood floors, large verandahs overlooking the harbour - the atmosphere of old Valparaiso. It could not have been better !!

Pros:

las instalaciones ,y todo el barrio que rodea al hotel , no usamos nuestros vehículo no fue necesario

Cons:

le falta personal , había una sola persona que estaba en recepcion Hernan(creo) que tenía una excelente disposición para resolver temas de los huéspedes , pero el resto de trabajadores no tenían la misma actitud
