No me gustó que nos cobraron 15$ más por noche para darnos supuestamente antes la habitación. Por lo que he leído, es algo que hacen aprovechándose de que saben que venimos de vuelos largos (nosotros llevábamos 27 horas de trayecto). Además, te hacen pagar en efectivo, cuando esa información no aparece en ningún lugar. Mi recomendación es que no paguéis más, es un truco que usan

Exceptional staff and perfect location
Pros:

The location is perfect, in the Old Quarter and about two minutes walk from the lake, the staff is extremely professional and we checked in late in the evening and they were extremely accommodating and even upgraded our room and gave us two foot massage vouchers at their spa, which we used the next day and which was excellent . The room was spacious and at an added cost we were allowed to have a late checkout. The breakfast was delicious and varied choices were served . The hotel also provided a great shuttle service for us to the airport.

Pros:

breakfast was limited but good. The room is big considering it is located in the Old Quarter. All the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect and convenient. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Kudos!
