Great stay in a great location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great! The staff are all so lovely and helpful, they were so kind and always available to help. The breakfast was really good as well.

2.某天廚房的食物味不知為何從浴室飄出(而且住在高樓層)，隔一天則是在電梯內聞到...
3.要留意刷卡可能會被要求多收手續費....(最後是沒有收 也是很有彈性 感謝)，房間如果升級，升級費用可能要付現金
4.最後印象相當 "深刻" 的是，退房時填了紙本問卷評價給8分 (1-10分的scale，個人覺得已經不錯)，人都已經要來開，跑來要求是否可以給到10分，因為該區域很競爭..同行其他人給了10分..等等，有點不知道該怎麼說的微妙感

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Nebengasse des Old Quarters und ist somit mit einer perfekten Lage, um vieles zu Fuß zu erkunden, ebenfalls sehr ruhig. Das Personal könnte nicht freundlicher sein und das Frühstücksbuffet nicht besser!
Es war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt und ich würde es weiterhin immer wieder buchen.

Fantastic stay in Hanoi!
Pros:

There was nothing to not like- the hotel is located in a central area of the city with easy access to everything; the property is clean and well serviced with onsite spa/room service etc.; breakfast had many choices- cooked to order eggs/soups/salad, fruit and so much more and it was excellent. The beds are super comfortable.
Above all the staff are exceptional and really attentive to your needs; Nancy at the front desk helped us a lot and there were several others also. Communication was great, even before we arrived. We stayed a total of 5 nights in between trips to Halong Bay which we also booked thru the hotel and was excellent and Siem Reap. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful staff, perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect, the hotel was majestic, the massage therapy was calming and serene, the breakfast was outstanding, the Sky Bar has the best views across lake Hoan Kiem and the Old quarter, but what really is the winner for me was the staff at Scent Premium Hotel!! The most beautiful, friendly and professional staff that would do anything to make your stay the most memorable experience. I have found a new heaven in Hanoi, I will definitely be returning,

Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstückservice war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Die Lage war zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.
