Чисто, все нове, є все необхідне. Гарні краєвиди, підземний паркінг, поряд багато ресторанів, Злоті тераси, фабрика норбліна, палац культури та науки та ін. Менеджери та адміністратори вирішують всі питання швидко. Рекомендую 👍

Very disappointing stay. We received our room one hour after the advertised check-in time of 3:00 PM. When we questioned the delay, we were met with disrespectful and dismissive service and were even threatened with cancellation. The room was poorly cleaned, with clothes from previous guests left behind the sofa. The refrigerator was dirty, and the balcony had clearly not been cleaned. There were stains on the sofa and chairs, and the apartment was very worn and did not match the photos. I would not recommend staying here.

The service was awful, the enter door was sticking while opening and did not open correctly,the kitchen hood was broken and the handy man could not fix it, the bedroom door was broken and would not close,the tropical shower was broken at all, I could not even take a shower properly, the hand shower was broken so I could not fix it and had to keep it in the hand and it leaked as well, the shower glass leaked too and there was always water on the floor, in some places there was dust and sand on the floor! MY TRIP WAS BROKEN! I AM SHOKED! I don't know what i paid for!! It is not apartment i paid 644 €. IS IT A BARN OR STABLE? And in addition i complained about the noice at night: some drunk people sang and shouted the whole night, I did not sleep well!! That is why I checked out from this "apartment" one day before because could not stand this mess! The only good thing is location. I wrote to the support to refund me but they told I should have informed them about all the troubles,BUT TELL ME WHY I WAS PROVIDED WITH SUCH AN APPARTMENT??? IS NOT IT YOUR DUTY TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE PROVIDING TO A CLIENT? It is like i should find,report and wait to fix all the items instead of relaxing in the flat I PAID FOR!!! My vacation was ruined! This place in my opinion does not care about their reputation! I will NEVER AGAIN use this place and will not recommend it to anyone!
