Pros:

It was so well appointed and comfortable. Loved the room with the river right there. The staff were wonderful. Melissa and Caesar made a lot of extra effort into accommodating us during our stay. Their kindness and efforts to assist were beyond measure

Pros:

Bonic i confortable hotel situat a curta distancia de l’estació de tren mirant al riu.
Personal amable i esmorzar excepcionalment bó.

Cons:

La meva habitació era al pis 1, per sota de recepció. Faltaven alguns detalls que hom espera per aquest preu. Hem estat a hotels a Cusco amb habitacions millors per la meitat de preu

Pros:

We loved everything about the property… the rooms, the lobby, breakfast, location. The best part of all was the wonderful staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly and beyond accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend.

En general lo recomiendo. Hermoso hotel!
Pros:

Es un hermoso sitio para descansar y hacer parada en Aguas Calientes. Sobre todo consigues relajar y desconectar en medio de las caminatas de excursión. El personal fue muy amable conmigo, especialmente Héctor que fue el más detallista y paciente para ayudarme con todo a mi llegada. El desayuno es delicioso y más que completo!!

Cons:

Sugeriría que por favor el hotel pueda cuidar un poco más el ruido en las gestiones de aseo de las habitaciones. Generando ruido en los pasillos. Lo inician como a las 5/6 de la mañana y despiertan a quienes buscamos descansar un poco más. El spa me parece un servicio genial del hotel. Lo probé y está bien, pero creo que puede mejorar la calidad de masajista teniendo en cuenta que el masaje cuesta 90/100$

Pros:

El desayuno con vistas al río y la amabilidad del personal. La habitación con smart TV nueva da opciones de entretenimiento y el baño renovado está impecable.
Prepararon un pisco sour muy rico y el servicio de masaje después de un día de excursión fue muy relajante.

Cons:

Hay algo de ruido por la ubicación.

The hotel is right by the river and the room has fantastic view. The beds are comfortable.
Pros:

The view to the river is very pretty! Also we got upgraded to a room with jacuzzi which has the view of the river. The bed is comfy. The staff are professional and helpful. The location is in the best area of the town.

Gern! Hier ist eine faire und ausgewogene Bewertung:

Das Casa del Sol ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre – etwas abseits des größten Touristentrubels und direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das gesamte Hotel strahlt eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre aus.

Leider hat der Service den insgesamt tollen Eindruck etwas getrübt. Die Verständigung mit dem Personal war häufig schwierig, da kaum Englisch gesprochen wurde und selbst auf Spanisch manches nicht richtig verstanden wurde. Dadurch waren einfache Anliegen oft unnötig kompliziert.

Außerdem waren im Zimmer deutlich zu wenige Handtücher vorhanden, und wir mussten mehrfach nachfragen.

Insgesamt ist das Casa del Sol dennoch ein schönes Hotel mit viel Charme und einer großartigen Lage. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Service und einer besseren Kommunikation wäre es perfekt

Pros:

A localização é excelente… chegamos de Inca Rail e é na mesma rua… o atendimento excelente e o quarto super aconchegante com chuveiro quente…. O café da manhã delicioso! Voltaria e indicaria!
