Great location, lovely staff.
Pros:

We were there for just one night before going to Machu Picchu, so can only comment from a limited viewpoint. The hotel is well located in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo). The staff were very helpful from the moment we were met at the train station, to when we left. We had dinner there and it was excellent. Breakfast opened at 5, which was perfect as we had 6am tickets at Machu Picchu. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

great location and really nice rooms and bathrooms, staff was very kind. Nice breakfast and resteraunt and bar. If you are planning on going to Machu Pichu this is the place to stay.

We were welcomed and looked after during our stay by Melissa who did a wonderful job, we even had a surprise upgrade on arrival which was much appreciated after a long day. The reception staff (sorry i dont have your names) were also very helpful storing are bags quickly whilst we rushed to the bus station due to our train being late.
Hotel is easy walk from the train station and Machu Picchu bus station.

Nuestra estadía fue de una noche y dos días, y desde el primer momento el servicio fue excepcional. Todo estuvo cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y bien atendidos durante toda nuestra visita.

Queremos destacar especialmente a Melissa, quien estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y se aseguró de que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente especial. Su amabilidad, atención y disposición hicieron toda la diferencia.

Tutto bellissimo, molto pulito e super accogliente, colazione davvero abbondante e varia.

Non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione che la spa è composta in realtà di tutti servizi a pagamento, non inclusi quindi nel prezzo, già alto di per sé. L'unico trattamento spa incluso è la vasca idromassaggio, che però va prenotata almeno 5 ore prima perché VIENE RISCALDATA APPOSITAMENTE PER CHI VUOLE USARLA. Inconcepibile che tutto ciò non venga comunicato prima. Non avendo usufruito della spa quindi, il prezzo altissimo è risultato del tutto ingiustificato.

Charming and very hospitable.
Pros:

Large rooms with indoor balcony overlooking the river, great Smart TV, huge bathroom with dual sinks and provided toiletries. Good breakfast options. Very hospitable welcome from the staff. Very comfortable bed

Cons:

The restaurant is open to the foyer which can get busy if large groups are booking in, very minor maintenance required such as around the exterior of the lift and the shower handle tap came off in my hand and rust on the hottube. Quite expensive considering facilites are minimal but still a very nice hotel and worth it for a night or 2.

Situada junto ao rio, oferece uma envolvente particularmente agradável, com vistas bonitas e o som da água a criar uma atmosfera tranquila e distinta. Ao lado encontram-se os autocarros para Machu Picchu, uma conveniência óptima.
O hotel é acolhedor, bem cuidado e beneficia de um serviço atento e genuinamente simpático. O nosso quarto tinha jacuzzi e recomendamos vivamente. Foi um extra que adoramos.
A melhor opção em Machu Picchu Pueblo, com charme, conforto e uma localização verdadeiramente privilegiada. Recomendamos sem hesitação.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.

A huge thank you to Melissa, who was absolutely incredible. She took such great care of us and even helped arrange an amazing spa deal that made the experience that much better. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of.

Pros:

Good location, close to the bus and train station.

Cons:

It started with an unfriendly welcome at the reception. Then we discovered that the rooms had mold on the walls and the windows don’t shut properly.

The next day a staff member was actively blocking the women’s toilet to put on her makeup in the morning. While cleaning the tables after breakfast the same staff member was listening to her own music via the speakers of her phone - so we could enjoy the background music of the hotel as well as her private favorites.

Overall we had the impression that this hotel doesn’t care about their guests but rather takes the money by doing as little as possible.

Given those facts I’m pretty sure there are other options in Aguas Calientes which welcome you with better hospitality at a better price.

Pros:

A nice hotel close to the train and bus stations, and the village center. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is great. I had a room with jacuzzi on the balcony. I loved that.

Cons:

No slipper in the room, which I would expect, if a hotel has spa. The price/value ratio is not what I experienced in Peru. It has a Machu picchu add-on.
