La ubicación es muy buena pero el Hotel no cumple lo esperado

La ubicación en el barrio de Galata es fantástica. Está en una calle muy tranquila dentro de una barrio muy animado. Sin duda, lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación.
El desayuno era variado y abundante

Cons:

El personal es lento, poco dispuesto a ayudar y dan información contradictoria sobre los horarios y las normas.
Nos dieron las habitaciones de la buhardilla, hay que subir 4 o 5 pisos, y en las duchas dejaba de correr el agua pasados 2 o 3 minutos.

Pros:

My three nights at the **Meroddi Galata Mansion in Istanbul** were the final stop on my solo trip, and I can honestly say that I never felt alone during my stay. Quite the opposite: I truly appreciated the kindness, courtesy and helpfulness of the entire staff, who always went above and beyond to accommodate every request. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone planning to visit Istanbul—not only for its excellent location in Galata, but also for the memorable experience created by its staff.

**P.S. The breakfast was excellent!**

Super zentral, total nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Frühstück war mega

Cons:

Wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass nicht mehr alle Getränkemöglichkeiten zu erwerben waren (z.B. keine Gläser Wein mehr sondern nur noch Flaschen)

Great location, clean and comfortable beds.
Pros:

This was far by one of the better hotels I stayed at in Europe. The beds were super comfortable and clean, great location, and all of the staff were exceptionally helpful. I was scammed in the main part of the city and the team were quickly accessible by WhatsApp and late at night to help me lodge a police report, they even called ahead for me. The staff were excellent. If I return to Istanbul I'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pros:

Personal foarte amabil, poziție centrală, aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor. A fost curatenie in camere si s-a facut curatenie zi de zi.
A fost ziua mea si am primit un mic tort cadou din partea hotelului la mic dejun, un gest foarte frumos!
Micul dejun era diversificat, cu variante pentru toata lumea.

Cons:

A fost destul de galagios, geamurile sunt din lemn si nu se închid prea bine, iar seara era galagie, cu toate ca hotelul este amplasat pe o strada cu sens unic nu asa aglomerata.
Ne-am trezit de mai multe ori peste noapte de la claxoane, masina de gunoi sau persoane gălăgioase care treceau pe stada.

Petit cadeau de départ offert par l'hôtel

Cons:

Si vous avez besoin de partir tôt ( visite, excursion, vol etc ) le petit déjeuner ne commence pas avant 8h et même si tout est prêt, c'est non negotiable. Alors que sur booking c'est noté 7h30 dommage 🫤

The location of the property was superb. Though tricky to locate at the beginning and you have to walk through the cafe/ restaurant to get to the reception area. but once you find it everything goes well.
The room was quiet and well equipped and I immediately fall asleep once I checked in. At check out the receipt guy was so polite to stand with me the whole time until the taxi arrived

Cons:

Nothing and I wished I could stay more. Istanbul is a very beautiful city.
