Lobby interior was nice.
The front staff, mr. Juli was rude towards me during checkin process and also checkout.
I stayed in a family room with my mom and my aunt for 4 nights at this hotel. Some things were great and others areas need improvement - we all love great honest reviews so I will do exactly that having emailed hotel direct as well - the gym is fabulous and I wish I had gone and looked on day 1 since i have to keep my back active with stretching and exercise! the gym was so clean, equipment almost new and gym area was great!! The main pool also nice big and worthwhile. The room was spacious but noisy after hours with some hum that starts at 3am and noisy guests also woke us a few times. The reception staff were helpful but not tourist orientated if you looking for excursions/maps and things to do - TA is the place for this - the breakfast also needs some improvement - they need insect or fly fans - the food is same same and you need to explain how you want your eggs cooked and not great juice either - coffee and tea was a no from all of us. Mr Karta was visible and engaged with guests which was nice - I just think more can be done and staff need some additional training esp with breakfast service most dont understand - reception staff were better - arranged a booking at restaurant as well - will do a review on that - no shuttle service from this hotel and we used GRAB cars which presented no issues. Overall it was pleasant but missing a WOW factor and comparing to others

I had a reaaaally pleasant stay at this hotel. I originally booked 1 night but ended up extending to 5 nights because it was so comfortable.
The room was nice and cozy, was also quiet and soundproof. The bathroom was also spacious.
The gym was quite complete (even though I only used it once), and the pool was big and great for relaxing.
Staffs were really nice and helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.
It always feels like home everytime we stay at Fontana Bali. Kudos to all the staff and the overall ambiance..

Everything in my hotel was good except my balcony door, needed some wd40, forgot to report, if I did they would fixed it immediately.
Thought I had an issue with the water in my shower, a plumber came up in 10 minutes to assess the situation.
