First Class service and accommodation.
Pros:

My daughter and I, together with her 5 month old baby were originlly booke into the sister hotel the Mosaic City Centre from 16th to 19th June. On our first night I had a fall from my bed and was unable to get up from the floor - I have a disability. The staff at reception called an ambulance and I was soon up and back in bed. The next morning we were advised that they were going to offer us a larger room in the Grand Hotel Downtown. This was such a great gesture and the room really met our needs in every way. We are very grateful to the hotel for this. All the staff and facilities were excellent and I wuld not hesitate to book with them again.
