Prometeu mais do que cumpriu
Pros:

Suite com 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal.

O quarto encontra-se bem decorado e dotado de máquina de café e chaleira elétrica, o que permite fazer café e chá durante a noite.

No frigobar existiam 4 garrafas de água, cortesia do alojamento.

Casa de banho de grandes dimensões.

Cons:

A chaleira elétrica encontrava-se suja com restos de comida, possivelmente provocados pelo cliente anterior.

A base de duche ao final de um banho entupiu, tendo sido necessária intervenção de um funcionário do hotel que conseguiu desentupir momentaneamente, permitindo tomar os restantes duches.

Junto à cama de casal havia um vidro rachado, o que se tornava precioso para as crianças.

Havia muito pó debaixo das camas individuais.

Pelo valor praticado, o alojamento devia ter melhores condições.

Lovely staff
Pros:

2 staff who were on when we first arrived were so helpful and friendly. Great at their job.
Great little discount cards to take.
They are very helpful with taxis. Taxis were lovely clean and kind drivers.
Explained parking clearly.
Umbrellas available to use free was nice.
Nice to have robes in the room for after shower.

Cons:

The breakfast was empty for alot of people. Windows weren't clean. No glasses in bathroom, sugar for coffee or face cloths In the room

Bis auf sauberkeit ok. Schade weil ordentlich sauber machen ist das einfachste an einem Hotelbetrieb.
Pros:

Eigentlich ein cooles modernes Hotel

Cons:

Nur Oberflächlich sauber. Staub und Dreck auf den Nachtischen lange Haare im Siphon vom Bad. Das Grand vom Hotel ist nicht angebracht.

Localização excelente, perto do centro e de lojas, supermercado LIDL muito perto. Máquina de café no quarto e garrafas de água. Muito bom
