Sehr ansprechende Unterkunft mit geringfügigen Serviceeinschränkungen, die den Aufenthalt kaum beeinflusst haben
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet – wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Schade war jedoch der Service. Nach 17:00 Uhr ist niemand mehr an der Rezeption erreichbar. Obwohl wir unseren Parkplatz im Voraus reserviert und bestätigt hatten, war bei unserer Ankunft keiner verfügbar. Der Sicherheitsdienst, dessen Telefonnummer an der Rezeption angegeben ist, war leider wenig hilfsbereit und verwies uns lediglich darauf, dass wir keinen Parkplatz gemietet hätten. So mussten wir selbst eine Lösung finden und unser Auto auf einem sehr engen Platz bei den Fahrradstellplätzen abstellen.

Auch als wir den Vorfall am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption schilderten, erhielten wir weder eine Entschuldigung noch Verständnis. Stattdessen wurde lediglich erklärt, dass Falschparker die reservierten Plätze belegt hätten und wir unser Auto einfach dort stehen lassen könnten. Das trübte den ansonsten sehr positiven Eindruck der Unterkunft leider etwas.

Trotz der beschriebenen Mängel hat mir der Aufenthalt aus den genannten Gründen gefallen.
Pros:

Gefallen haben mir, die Lage, die Aussicht auf die Elbe, die Größe des Zimmers und die Barrierefreiheit. Neben der Lage war die Barrierefreiheit für die Buchung maßgeblich.

Cons:

Der allgemeine Zustand. Dem Boden, den Wänden, den Möbeln und der Küche ist anzumerken, dass das Objekt schon ein paar Jahre in Gebrauch ist. Auf dem Boden sind Streifen und Kratzer. Die Verblendung der Küche hatte Abplatzungen. Die Bedienung des Lichtes und der Heizung ist ungewöhnlich und kompliziert. Der Seifenspender in der Dusche war beim Bezug leer.
