Great location very close to the lake everything is very close
Great location, is very close to Hoan Kiem lake but also to the Old Quarter. It’s so easy to walk in any direction and enjoy the heart of Hanoi. The room was clean with comfortable bed and the staff were very friendly and polite; always with a genuine smile. The breakfast had many options with tasty coffee to start the day. I enjoyed eating my breakfast and looking over Hoan Kiem lake.
Very good place! Reception team of Sandy was a 100 percent efficient and kind. A great choice to stay. Restaurant food and choices are wonderful.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber und es war sehr ruhig. Wir konnten uns gut von der lauten Stadt erholen.

Great location - in the old quarter and walking distance to the best banh mi cafe. Staff were very friendly especially Sandy at reception.The coffee is superb! Nice breakfast! The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfortable .

One problem was the restaurant in 11th floor had events so we had to eat out. No bar service except mini bar in room which wasn’t expensive. Good all round hotel experience.
