Totally disappointed – poor value for money

The location a little bit

Cons:

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel was not clean, the taps were rusty, and the towels were of poor quality. There was not even any shampoo provided. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of comfort and cleanliness. We do not recommend this hotel.

My grandparents recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share their experience. Overall, it was a very positive stay, though there are a few areas regarding the facilities that could use some attention.

The Highlights: Exceptional Staff and Atmosphere
First and foremost, I want to commend your staff. From the moment they checked in, the team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Their hospitality truly defines the character of the hotel and made them feel right at home. Additionally, the common areas and dining facilities were impeccably clean and offered a wonderful ambiance.

Cons:

While the bedroom was comfortable, the toilet facilities in their room are in need of improvement.

Upgrades: Modernizing the fixtures and ensuring better ventilation would greatly enhance the guest experience and bring the bathrooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel.

Pros:

Looked clean and the bed was comfy. Aircon in the room was good and the bathroom good too

Cons:

I got attacked by what I think was bed bugs. I’ve never experienced this before. I had a good look through the bed and couldn’t see anything moving but my body is covered in bites which is quite unpleasant

Very simple but budget friendly option for a few nights to explore Cebu
Pros:

The room was fairly small but for the price and the location it was pretty good deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A/C was cold, TV was huge, overall not a bad price for what you get. Decent room for a short and budget friendly stay.

Not much to complain about the room was fairly clean and comfortable enough staff was very friendly

NEVER AGAIN.
Pros:

Only the location.

Cons:

The staff are inconsiderate. They called us 4:00am in the morning just to move our car, when it was their fault in the first place for placing their motorcycle behind our car!
We asked for 2 additional comforter but only one arrived. We asked for additional towels, also only 1 arrived.
