Awesome
Pros:

Everything. They considered my request to remember my son's birthday and sent a cake. I want to appreciate Roshiel, Jayzel, Kishi, Fatima, Valeria and Yassir for their help throughout. The staff is extremely welcoming and hospitable.

Good for short stay if you want to relax next to the beach
Pros:

Was very clean, nice receptionists, beautiful beach and pool .

Cons:

Slow service at the pool side . Looks like short of staff .
Unable to sleep at night , so many kids running in the hallways and screaming till 2:00 am

Excellent & the best staycation
Pros:

the room & location was excellent, im frequent staycation bird but due to comfort, easy approach & excellent services im forced my last three staycation in this hotel only.

Cons:

KIngs Bed on top is having two seprate matterses where as it should be one matteress, coz whilw sleeping the matresses seprate from each other n a gap appears between both the matteress.

Wonderful stay at Dusit Ajman Resort & Villas
Pros:

Last month we stayed in one of neighboring hotels but this time while checking different options and after reading reviews decided to stop in Dusit Ajman. We did not have any smallest regret that our choice was exactly this place.
The flawless check in was done by smiley Jayzel, she surprised us with the upgrade for the higher floor, which made us happy, especially me as I enjoy watching the sea from the hights. Pleasant Fatma helped with check out procedure.
The room was fresh, spacious in a nice design interior. I loved a huge mirror in front of the bed. Room amenities were good.
The area of the hotel impressed with very spacious lobby, long corridors, excellent gym and gymnastics room together with spa facilities. Pool and beach area were great as well.
Food was of great quality, I would say variety was not so much diverse but we prefer the quality to the quantity. Here I wish to mention genuine smile and attention from Svitlana at buffet restaurant. As well I liked the gesture of Arabic chef who approached guests and asked whether everything was good.
All personnel were friendly and helpful.
One thing that could be improved is the internet connection, which was disappearing in some areas like restaurant for breakfast.
We thank all team for their efforts to make the experience memorable.
Our experience was wonderful and I wish to come back one day.

Pros:

Really impressive hotel experience. The service is top-tier and everything is well organized. The facilities are a big highlight — multiple pools, tennis and padel courts, a modern gym, and a great spa. There’s always something to do, whether you want to relax or stay active. Bassem Ali was very helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even smoother. Clean, comfortable, and definitely worth staying at again.
