From the moment I arrived, every staff member welcomed me with genuine smiles, professionalism, and a sincere willingness to help. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect.

The level of hospitality was remarkable. Every request was handled quickly and with great attention to detail, making me feel valued as a guest. Perfect weekend getaway with a 5-star experience.
Pros:

The whole experience was phenomenal from Check-in to Check-out! The staff were very accommodating. We arrived before noon - way ahead of normal check-in. We were told that the suite was ready and they gave us an upgrade to a better room. They even prepared a little surprise for us in the room - birthday cake for my partner.

The facilities were tremendous. We used their gym which was had all the equipments a bodybuilder would need. The beach was clean and quiet.

Overall, we had the best weekend getaway. We will definitely come back soon!

Cons:

The TV needs upgrading. It was small which isn’t really a problem since our intention wasn’t to go there and watch but it would have been a plus.

We wanted to use the Sauna/Spa facilities however we weren’t aware of the timings. It was open in the beginning of the day. From 10am to 1pm it was for Ladies only. And from 1pm to 4pm it was for Men only. And then it was open again till later. I might be off with the timings a bit so it’ll be worth to check with the concierge. It would’ve been better if it was first come first serve or on a booking basis. We came at around 10am. The sauna was empty. They could’ve easily accommodated us for around 20mins.
