Geschmackvolles Boutique-Hotel mit SPEKTAKULÄRER Aussicht - absolut empfehlenswert. - Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Spektakuläre Lage oberhalb des Lago di Como mit atemberaubender Aussicht!!! - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit ebensolcher Aussicht, geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit liebevollen Details im Jugendstil-Stil. Bar & Restaurant ebenfalls empfehlenswert, eine rechtzeitige Reservierung wird empfohlen. - Das Hotel verfügt trotz Altbau über einen Aufzug - nicht groß, aber immerhin. Auch das Frühstück mit Aussicht war toll. - Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Seilbahn-Station. Man muß also nicht mit dem Auto hinauf.

Cons:

Die Anreise war eine (persönliche) Herausforderung, lag aber an meiner Höhenangst. Enge, kurvige Straßen bei Gegenverkehr den Berg hinauf, aber irgendwie ging's. :-)

ARNAQUE DU POINT DE VUE HOTELIER! GRANDE DECEPTION

Une chaleur suffocante dans la petite chambre en coin de l'hôtel.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.
Un ventilateur à la place dans un coin
Nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit.
En plus le matelas n'était pas de bonne qualité et le sommier n'était pas en bon état.
Très déçu par rapport aux qualités vantées dans la présentation de l'hôtel!Nous sommes partis de suite après le petit-déjeuner alors que nous avons réglé deux nuitées....

Pros:

Schönes Boutique Hotel. Hatten ein Zimmer mit exzellenter Aussicht auf den Comer See. Seilbahn direkt neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Fahrt zum Hotel ist anstrengend. Teilweise sehr enge Straßenabschnitte. Da es eine Straße mit viel Kurven und sehr steil ist und super eng, wo teilweise nur ein Auto Platz hat, wird es dann problematisch wenn da eben zwei Autos durch wollen.

Hotel bellissimo situato in una posizione strategica, ristorante eccetera con cibo di qualità e personale qualificato

Una stanza in un hotel di buon livello con un condizionatore rotto, sostituito con un ventilatore rumoroso e poco efficace.
A quel prezzo, darei una sistemata al condizionatore

A bit disappointing
Pros:

The room, we booked the Atic room, was a room with character. The restaurants view was to die for, overlooking Lake Como and the town. The lady in the reception was very helpful.

Cons:

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this is really needed. We booked the Attic room and with the heat outside it was unbearable to try to sleep. There is no AC in the room, perhaps it was stated somewhere when we booked, but I did not see it. I cannot understand why the hotel does not invest in AC.
Further more, we were in a hurry to catch a train in the morning and the breakfast was to start from 08:00. So we were sitting at the breakfast at 08 to try to get something quick to eat, but they did not prepare the breakfast for 08, I believe we could start eating around 08:10-08:15.

Cons:

*Die Zimmer sind alt und ohne Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Aussentemperatur sehr schlecht ist
*Frühstück war wenig: Mengen & Auswahl/ Personal musste gesucht werden, war nicht proaktiv
*Restaurant lecker aber sehr teuer für Italien (Portionen klein) und extrem langsam, selbst für Italien. Man muss min 2.5 St für einen Abendessen rechnen

Beautiful View
Pros:

The view from my room was beautiful, and that is one of the big advantages of this hotel. The decor is nice because they replicate the old style while adding new touches, for example, the modern shower. The breakfast is good to start the day in a good way, to explore the rest of Lake Como

Cons:

Maybe the parking situation, but when i was there, they had an issue with the street, which I suppose will be gone when it's done. The employers are amazing and always try to find a solution
