Lovely place made a lovely first trip to Madrid. thank you!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and mostly quiet, unless the window was open, but it was during San Ysidro so it's understandable that it would be a little noisier. I liked the location near the metro, bus and many restaurants and cafes and easy walking to everything.

Cons:

Breakfast included would be so nice. However, the little cafe across the street served a lovely breakfast where we ate every morning.

Pros:

Tivemos uma experiência incrível neste hotel em Madrid. O ambiente é super acolhedor, o quarto era muito confortável, limpo e bonito, e toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa connosco. A localização também é excelente, perto de tudo mas ao mesmo tempo tranquila. Sem dúvida que tornou a nossa viagem ainda melhor. Voltaria novamente!

Demasiado ruidosa la habitación
Pros:

El desayuno y la ubicación están muy bien. Desayuno muy completo con oferta para celíacos incluso. Variedad de embutidos, fruta fresca, etc.

Cons:

Estábamos alojados en una habitación de la cuarta planta y el ruido de la calle nos despertó, imagino que la insonorización del hotel se podría mejorar.

Pros:

Muy bien el personal en general, excelente la chica de la mañana en recepción, diría un 10 por la milla extra que da y el potencial que tiene, muy bien también el personal del desayuno. Muy buen nivel de limpieza y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena para un turista, si bien la cuadra no es muy linda.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene servicios complementarios, tampoco tiene vistas agradables. Además si bien la ubicación es muy buena para moverse, la cuadra donde está el edificio no es linda. Creo que el hotel podría mejorar sus instalaciones para ofrecer servicios complementarios y generar unas impronta más marcada para fidelixar clientes.

Cons:

The cleaning could be improved a little more. We had to ask for new towels as the cleaner left ours in the floor. Also we had to ask twice for bags and forms to deliver clothes to the laundry.
